List of Robert A Nunez's Reviews
I had seen Dr. Nunez when I was 17 in highschool for chronic sinus issues (2017) and ended up having septoplasty done to help fix my issues breathing. I was frequently scheduled over the course of a year to see him during and after the healing stages. Everytime I went to see him I allowed him to do a nasal endoscopy as he requested to do. Each time he looked into my nose he kept getting frustrated about how the swelling is not going down and how my breathing did not improve. After a year of not recovering with the swelling and not being able to breathe properly I finally gave up on going to see him. I had went to a few different ENT specialist afterwards, and it turns out he had perforated (put a hole into) the septum during the surgery. I'm 23 now and no, my sinus issues were never fixed from his surgery I feel they were worsened. The only way to fix the hole inside my nose is to have surgery again and hope its successful.
Dr. Robert Nunez and his team are great ear, nose and throat doctors. He is very professional, listens, truly cares about his patients and has the most up to date examination equipment. You will get great results when you visit him. He also has a precious dog, Dr. Oscar, who greets patients, and he is adorable. I am a NYU patient in New York for many years. He is one of the best docs I have seen in the south Florida area. His staff is outstanding, and they are always very helpful.
I wasn't happy with amount of time with actual MD. Seemed more interested in putting you through hearing department.
Dr Nunez is The Man Who Solved My Medical Mystery, and I am forever grateful. Compassionate, easygoing manner, takes real time to listen and *digest* and “talk it out”, not excluding you from the diagnostic process, but involving you in it. I’m so very lucky I found Dr Nunez& his super efficient office. Worth the drive from anywhere; hit the nearby Aldi after. A hundred stars if I could.
Many doctors unfortunately like to send you to other doctors and for other tests. Dr. Nunez is a wonderful doctor who takes the time to care and listen to his patients. It has been a long time since I’ve seen a doctor like this I’m so thankful to God giving him wisdom. Also, he did tympanoplasty surgery (eardrum replacement) on my son 17 years ago. My son has no problem with his ear. Don’t trust any other doctor with your ENT care! go to Dr. Nunez thank you Dr. the staff is also wonderful. Blessing to all
Great office staff and nurse practitioners.
At 65 years old I saw Dr. Nunez a year ago for a baseline hearing test. I liked him and found him knowledgeable about a rare genetic condition I have. A little over a month ago I was hit by a car while biking...hit and run. The accident resulted in a broken collarbone, skull fracture, several extremely deep abrasions and deep soft tissue damage...and also positional dizziness. When the dizziness didn't resolve, I contacted my primary care physician for guidance. The annual hearing test with Dr. Nunez was scheduled for a few weeks ago but due to the myriad of other doctor appointments I had to postpone to February. In the meantime, my doctor's office got back to me with the recommendation of seeing an ENT before going for neuro evaluation. I called and scheduled an appointment with the PA in Dr. Nunez's office a couple of weeks ago, explaining the bike accident dizziness. I was told a hearing test would be performed that day but the February appointment would remain in case it was needed. 40 minutes prior to the appointment I received a call from Dr. Nunez's office cancelling the appointment because the reason for it was accident related. When I questioned the reason, the receptionist was extremely rude and adamant that the would not see me...period. When I asked what the difference was between doing a hearing test today or 6 weeks from today in February and also that I am an established patient in the office, she nastily repeated the appointment is cancelled and they would not see me. 'We don't see patients for anything accident related no matter what the circumstances.' Nasty receptionist and absolutely outrageous and disrespectful to cancel an appointment 40 minutes prior to appointment time when the reason for the appointment was clear at the time of scheduling. Needless to write, I will not be returning to the office and will also stop recommending him to my numerous clients...absolutely outrageous.
Unprofessional and rude over the phone. Taking my business elsewhere.
Dr. Nunez is an excellent doctor. He listened to my concerns & communicated his assessment of my medical condition & helped me plan for future care. His medical practice is well run, organised and he employs wonderful staff members. His office was responsive to my after hours urgent concerns. I highly recommend him & his practice.
Everyone is very pleasant and caring.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
