Testing took a long time but time spent with Dr Frankel was minimal. He breezes in and out of the office and does not spend time speaking to the patient. He seems to be unable to retain staff, doctors included. If I have questions about a procedure he has his girl explain it. I don’t want his girl telling me about it, I want the person doing the surgery to explain it. I am considering moving to a new practice where I will hopefully receive some compassion and caring and see the same doctor each time.

Very fortunate to have a doctor local to me who has been researching, reviewing, developing best practices, and taking care of thousands of local patients since 1989. He is a unique Treasure Coast "treasure." I was recommended to Dr. Frenkel for Glaucoma. He has taken care of my eyes the last 4-5 years. Recently he performed a process on my Right Eye that attacked both that problem and Cataracts. The surgery was a success and I n ow have 20-20 vision again. I recommend him without reservation and hope he is around for many years to come.

If you have issues with Glaucoma or Cataracts, Dr. Frenkel hand-down is your "go-to" doctor. I have been a patient for the past 4-5 years and he has helped me. My eye sight now is better than it has been in years. His team is fantastic and his practice very thorough.

I have worn glasses since 1957 with severe myopia and astigmatism in both eyes. I developed cataracts and Dr Frenkel performed surgery on both eyes. The results are great - I no longer need to wear glasses.

I recently moved to Florida and knew that I was going to have to have cataract surgery. I researched many doctors online and found Dr. Frenkel to have an extensive background with cataracts and glaucoma. I just completed cataract surgery and a non-invasive glaucoma procedure for both eyes. Dr. Frenkel took time to explain the procedures prior to surgery and he was very thorough in his pre -operative exams. I am very pleased with the results! I also found Dr.Frenkel's staff to be quite helpful.

VERY FRIENDLY, PLEASANT STAFF THAT KNOWS WHAT THEY SRE DOING - DR FRENKEL IS THE BEST! HAD COMPLICATIONS WITH BOTH MY EYES AS FAR AS REMOVING CATARACTS! DR FRENKEL HANDLED WITH EASE - INFORMED ME OF COMPLICATIONS PRIOR BUT I FELT VERY CONFIDENT IN HIS ABILITY TO HANDLE THE SITUATION IF COMPLICATIONS AROSE. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A VERY COMPETENT EYE DOCTOR, DR FRENKEL IS WHO TO SEARCH OUT!

Wow what an AWFUL experience at PSL office. The tech Shannon yells out in waiting room how she is sick of getting new patients. She continues with her bad attitude in the exam room! Then to add icing to the cake I was told they don’t do refractions for a new prescription for my eyeglasses! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE EVER! Then what the heck do they do? Certainly not eye exams!!

Dr Frenkel performed cataract surgery on both of my eyes and implanted PanOptix lenses. He treated me with caring professionalism in every aspect of my care — from diagnosis through surgery and recovery. My husband now says I have bionic eyes! I recommend Dr Frenkel and his staff wholeheartedly.

Doctor F is amazing and is very attentive. He is very very thorough and his treatment of his patients is number one for sure. The staff in this office is far beyond any doctors office. They are so friendly, have great personalities and yes even have great sense of humor (especially to put up with mine). When you go to a doctors office for any procedure the nervousness sky rockets. well these ladies are amazing how they have the ability to keep the patients calm

I had amazing results with my cataract surgeries. My vision was so bad I was actually afraid to drive. Following my surgeries with Dr. Frenkel I now have 20/20 vision in both eyes at near, intermediate and far distances. I do not need glasses for anything. I will highly recommend Dr. Frenkel, he gave me my sight back.
