Wow what an AWFUL experience at PSL office. The tech Shannon yells out in waiting room how she is sick of getting new patients. She continues with her bad attitude in the exam room! Then to add icing to the cake I was told they don’t do refractions for a new prescription for my eyeglasses! ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE EVER! Then what the heck do they do? Certainly not eye exams!!

Dr Frenkel performed cataract surgery on both of my eyes and implanted PanOptix lenses. He treated me with caring professionalism in every aspect of my care — from diagnosis through surgery and recovery. My husband now says I have bionic eyes! I recommend Dr Frenkel and his staff wholeheartedly.

Doctor F is amazing and is very attentive. He is very very thorough and his treatment of his patients is number one for sure. The staff in this office is far beyond any doctors office. They are so friendly, have great personalities and yes even have great sense of humor (especially to put up with mine). When you go to a doctors office for any procedure the nervousness sky rockets. well these ladies are amazing how they have the ability to keep the patients calm

I had amazing results with my cataract surgeries. My vision was so bad I was actually afraid to drive. Following my surgeries with Dr. Frenkel I now have 20/20 vision in both eyes at near, intermediate and far distances. I do not need glasses for anything. I will highly recommend Dr. Frenkel, he gave me my sight back.

I have been visiting Dr. Frankel's office for approximately three years with the best of results. Initially I was being seen for my diabetes to rule out retinopathy. Later I began to see him for cataracts. He operated on both of my eyes for cataracts and the results were superb. He is a caring doctor as he always call the night after surgery to check on my condition. His staff is equally as caring and supportive as they are very responsive to any problems or concerns. Dr. Frankel is a very sincere and caring doctor and I would recommend him to anyone for any treatment or procedure. My cataract surgery was a huge success and I attribute that success to Dr. Frankel's skills and expertise.

Unbelievable, compassionate but mostly COMPETENT Doctor. The day after result far surpassed my expectations. Highly reccomend.

Dr frankel is a great eye doctor and i am very pleased with his care, I am about to have a pterygium removed and even though my insurance doesnt cover most of it and i dont have much money I am going withh him because of the recent carerac surgery he just did. 5+++ stars

I have been going to Dr Frenkel for over 15 years. My first experience with Dr Frenkel and his staff was while I was taking my mother for her visits to Dr a Frenkel due to her DRY macular degeneration. I could see how he was very caring and alway explained his findings thoroughly. As the years went on, her macular degeneration eventually turned WET requiring the injection. Obviously, I became familiar with that entire situation. Again, I was very impressed with the care, the staff, the whole situation. In the meantime, I developed DRY macular in both eyes. After several years of going for regular visits, my left eye in 2019 turned WET. I was upset knowing what was ahead. Dr Frenkel assured me that over the years there have been numerous Clinical trials regarding the VEGF injection for WET macular. There was a 2 year clinical trial available at that time if I met their criteria. I met the criteria! I just had my 15th injection and I am doing well. 15 months and I’m ”holding steady”. Having appointments every four weeks you really get to know the staff and the routine! Five stars does not cut it! They need many, many more. Dr Frenkel also did laser cataract surgery on the left eye. Excellent experience. No issues and everything was explained to me so I had no questions. If you are looking for THE BEST ophthalmologist… Dr Frenkel, EFEI, is where you should be. Just look at his background of schooling, awards, and knowledge, etc ....it speaks for itself!

Dr Frenkel is the best when it comes to opthamologists in Stuart. I have been a patient for 20 years and he has managed my glaucoma and preformed cataract surgery on both of my eyes. I now have 20/20 vision.His office is efficient and friendly. I highly recommend this office.
