I love Dr. McIntyre and May Lee but getting an appt has become a nightmare. I called at 0730 this morning because my eye is infected. Left a message on the nurse line because I didn't know if I needed an appointment or if they could just call something in. I did not hear anything back so I called again at 1330. Well at 1610 Tonya called me back and told be I would have to call back first thing in the morning to get a same day appt. I explained that is what I did this morning. Tonya then told me well we don't check the nurse line until 0800...? Keep in mind I left my first message at 0730. I explained that to Tonya and she got an attitude with me. I was off work today and cant miss work because we are short staffed. This is not the first time this has happened but it will be the last. I will be transferring my records elsewhere.

Dr. McIntrye is the best doctor I have ever had. He cares about his patients and he spends time listening to them. He's friendly and has a great sense of humor. Dr. McIntyre is thorough and does everything he can to make sure his patients are healthy and happy. He's a great doctor!!

Wonderful physician! Always has time for concerns. Is quick to refer to specialist if he has any doubts about a diagnosis. Can't say enough about how great he is!
