Great doctors professional caring staff

I have had 2 appointments with Dr. Sobol following cancer surgery. The first had me wait over an hour for my scheduled appointment. The second was scheduled for 430. At 505 they called me and put me in the little waiting room. They said Dr. Sobol would be a few minutes. That was a lie. At 535 I walked out of the room and asked what the problem was and they said that he was running late and I was next. At 545 I walked out without seeing Dr. Sobol. I called prior to my hearing exam to ask what the cost is as I did not want to get a test from a hearing aide sales company. I was given a price and scheduled my appointment. I went through all the tests and then saw Dr. Sabol. He asked to do a test that included putting a camera up my nose. I asked if it was necessary and part of the hearing exam. He said yes and also stated that they usually numb the area but could not since the covid started. I stopped him after the first nostril as it was painful. I received my bill which charged me an additional $335 for the test. They actually tried to charge my insurance which I said multiple time would not cover a hearing exam. This was an up charge that I would never have agreed to and asked about. The Drs around here always try to drive up the prices with addons and bill the insurance companies. I have refused to pay the additional money for a test they did not complete. My experience was fine until I met with the Dr. who tried to run up my bill

Met Dr. Sabal , Aprn Nichele Cuevas, and staff today for the first time . I called yesterday at 4:30 pm and the team got me in the next morning. Amazing!! Everyone was very professional and took the time to help me with my ear problem. Thanks for your help.

Great doctor's professional caring staff

It makes me upset to see these bad reviews about this great man. Yes there is always a wait to see him BUT he is the only ENT in the area. He is over booked but always takes his time with every patient. He will never rush you out of the room and makes sure he takes the best care of his patients. If all you care about is being in and out of an appointment and not being treated correctly then maybe you should find a different doctor. But if you want someone completely thorough then he’s the doc for you. Thank you doctor sabol for all that you do

Doctor Sabol and his staff are a breath of fresh air. As a retired nurse this is the most professional, empathetic, Doctor and staff. Excellent Doctor i really am glad Dr. Sabol is here treating patients. Hands downThis isThe best doctor I've seen on the Treasure Coast in the last 5 years and he's excellent.!I wish we had more like him on the coast thank you to all the staff and if u have an ear nose and throat Problem I would not go anywhere else

After waiting for 2 months for an appointment, which I rushed to be on time for, the doctor made me wait over an hour. I lost work time and money. The doctor took very little time to diagnose and was in and out in no time. Then the staff called to schedule me for my voice and wasn't clear on how to order the product for my voice.... that's not my job. When doctor's are more concerned about money than time spent with patients, turn the other way and find another doctor.
