I had a virtual visit in February of 2021 after having been seen in the office by my primary. If this was the only issue so be it however the whole time I just felt like Dr. Pachaidee wasn’t listening to me. I had a low positive ANA test which I knew was not significant but she was completely dismissive of. I had symptoms for several months that I never even had a chance to tell her because she focused on one thing that was irrelevant to why I was even seeing her. She ordered bloodwork but mostly for things that had little to do with my issues. She also recommended a diet change included no red meat never mind that I’m a vegetarian. I did not wait the 56 weeks to do bloodwork as requested and never returned to her office. I have since been diagnosed with RA by another doctor and am on a path to treatment with a team who actually listens. I was very disappointed with my experience with Dr. Pachaidee and would not recommend her.

I agree she is a terrible Dr. I was treated for lupus in Arizona by 2 doctors who were very versed Dr Pachaidee dismissed me even after showing her previous records test results etc. dismissed me since then I have suffered terribly. I was referred to another rhuematologust here in Florida who won’t see me as her policy is if seen by another try Florida Dr she won’t take you so Dr Pachaidee did. E a grave disservice vi probably should see a lawyer. So uoset

Wait time is minimal. Dr. Pachaidee listens to her patients and is very caring.

Dr. Pachaidee and her staff are both caring and responsive. Portal questions and requests are responded to in a very timely manner and if needed, the response is a callback.

Brillant diagnostician and gave me options for treatments of my condition. I recommend Dr. Pachaidee & am thankful to find an appropriate Dr. with a great staff & great bedside manners.

Very rude. My chronic inflammation In my body that I’ve have had before being overweight, she chalked it up to my weight and said my pain is “fibromyalgia” and basically sent me away to a pain clinic. It’s a diagnoses for a lazy doctor. Doesn’t explain all of my other symptoms. I would not recommend. Also my bursitis that she diagnosed re appeared and did not treat it and just sent me out of the office when I challenged her “diagnoses”
