List of Tony Reisman's Reviews
Hands down worst dr I’ve ever had. Cold & indifferent when I shared my concerns w/ him. Been having issues with my sinuses, tonsils, & ears for several mo. & treated w/ antibiotics 2x in the past 1.5 mo. Wouldn’t let me speak for myself- just looked at vague notes from express care referral. Saw him for 7 min. tops just for him to refer me to an audiologist. Kept trying to bring up my more pressing issues but he WOULD NOT listen. Told him I’ve had repeated serious bouts of tonsillitis/had tonsillectomy suggested previously. Looked at my tonsils for 2 secs, said they looked totally normal (they’re definitely not). Unbelievably poor bedside manner. Acted like I was irritating him/wasting his time. Wasn't even able to tell him I’d been coughing up blood the day prior, or that half the time I can’t swallow bc of post-nasal drip. Couldn't get a word in edgewise no matter how hard I tried. PLEASE DONT GO OFF CCF WEBSITE REVIEWS & WASTE YOUR TIME/MONEY! I fully plan on getting a 2nd opinion.
Dr. Reisman was one of the worst doctors I’ve ever been to. He was cold and indifferent when I shared my concerns with him. I have been having issues with my sinuses, tonsils, and ears for several months, have been treated with antibiotics twice in the past month and a half. He didn’t even let me speak for myself. He just looked at the referral notes which weren’t very thorough since they were from an express care nurse. I saw him for about 7 minutes (at the maximum) just for him to refer me to get a hearing test. I kept trying to bring up the other ongoing issues, but he would re-direct the conversation back to my ear issues without truly listening. Looked at my tonsils for 2 seconds and said they looked completely normal, clearly ignoring the giant gaping holes and crevices in my tonsils and that I told him I have had repeated serious bouts of tonsillitis and have been recommended to have my tonsils removed in the past. He had a serious lack of empathy and poor bedside manner. He acted like I was irritating him and wasting his time and it made me feel awful. I wasn’t even able to bring up the fact that I had been coughing up blood (from one of my tonsils) the day prior or that half of the time I can’t swallow because of my post-nasal drip since, as I said, he kept redirecting the conversation so that he could get me in and out. I just could not get a word in edgewise no matter how many times I tried. Not sure what is up with his ratings on the Cleveland Clinic website, but PLEASE DO NOT LISTEN TO THOSE REVIEWS. I fully plan on getting a second opinion. Seriously, do not bother wasting your time or money going to see him.
Rude, unknowledgeable did not help and insensitive
Dr. Reisman is the best. He has treated our family for years and we can rely on him to be accurate, competent and professional. Five Stars!!!!!
Had bad sinus issues for 6 months. Headache, earache, teeth ache. Saw Dr Reisman on two day notice. Read reviews and was not excited to see him. He was direct, quick, did the protocol antibiotics and steroids, no change, CT scan, then endoscopic sinus surgery after a two month painful wait. He was informative , professional, and skilled as I never had pain after or any issues. All four sinus’ were cleaned out and all former issues resolved. Great to breathe again, would refer others if in need of similar services. I have been a RN for 38 years. Seems the talented surgeons have no bedside manner. Although I had no issues with his bedside manner I was informed this practice was the best CCF had to offer. Thanks Doc
Dr. Reisman was great with my 6 year old both in the office visit and during surgery. My husband also liked his calm demeanor. Anne his scheduler was so prompt, accurate and efficient. Surgery went smooth and my son is recovering wonderfully. Great experience.
Highly recommend Dr Reisman, he is not only a wonderful diagnostician , he also has such wonderful bedside manners. He was instrumental in helping my son through his adenoidectomy and tonsillectomy and handled my son and us with such care! Highest recommendations for Dr Reisman!
THIS DR CHARGED MY INSURANCE 1079.00 FOR A 10 MINUTE VISIT. I WENT TO HIM FOR A SPOT ON MY TONGUE FOR OVER 6 MONTHS HE SAID IT WAS A CANKER SORE WHAT?? 6 MONTHS...WENT FOR A 2ND OPINION ITS CANCER . HE CAN STICK THE BILL I OWE HIM UP HIS YOU KNOW WHAT
He wasn't personable, I felt like a number. He couldn't find anything wrong even though I have tongue and lips swelling. His answer to my question on why this was happening his response was I don't see anything I really don't know. Told me I need a allergist and good luck walked out the door. He didn't give me any refferals and left me hanging. Wouldn't refer him to anyone
One of the rudest doctors I've encountered. Show no caring, did not listen, and flat out told me I was wrong when I shared the information the neurologist and rheumatologist had given me. I left the office crying without even being able to discuss my symptoms.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
