Treasure Coast Urgent Care's Online Review Report Card

I had to stop in to have my TB test read for work! The girls weee in office before 8 with smiles on their faces. I felt bad bothering them today! I hope they are getting paid double time and if not at least time and a half! This was my 1st tin office. I highly recommend them!!!

Wonderful with Nurse Daniela and Doctor Michelle and secretary Timothy in such a caring environment, worth the wait and very clean!!!

I have been here 3 times and each I come the staff are very nice and polite to me and everyone they interact with which to mean says another about the office ,so I ask them for their names so I could write this review for them , so I would like to say thanks for making me feel comfortable and relax while I waited to be seen : these 3 young lady are the greatest ASHLI, EJAIA , AND TYE , YOU LADIES ARE THE FACE OF TREASURE COAST Urgent Care enjoy Your day Guys!!!!!!

Great job to the billing department at Treasure Coast Urgent Care. They were really good at their job and made things easy for me. Whenever I had questions about my bills, they were quick to respond and explained everything clearly. The people in the billing department were friendly and patient with me. I highly recommend Treasure Coast Urgent Care's billing department for its excellent service.

I had an exceptional experience at Treasure Coast Urgent Care. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and professional staff who efficiently handled my paperwork. The most unprofessional place. Unequippt, disheveled little exam rooms. Left in the room for an hour and a half. Finally came out to find someone thinking they forgot us, well they actually forgot about us in the room! Medical assistance no where to be found. The nurse kept asking us if someone took vitals, did someone take your urine, No and No. She said hmm I don't know why not. Well they never came. 5 or 6 staff talking and hanging out around the reception area and we're left in the room for 2 hours. Finally they ask if we want blood work, Yes, that's the only reason we're here. Sorry we can't do blood work you'll have to go someone else after waiting almost 2 hours. Your office deserves this review, and don't even try to respond with your. "I'm sorry for your experience" Just do better please and take your job a little more seriously.

Don’t go unless you have 2-3 hours to spend waiting to be seen

Waited 3 hours and finally nurse practitioner came in and looked at my hematoma and would not drain it. It had ben drained two times before and all that is needed is about 5 syringes to get the liquid out. She told e hematomas should not come back and I told her that is what they do. They come back and eventually are absorbed by the body but in the meantime please drain it. Not dangerous at all. she clearly was ill informed and I wasted three hours. Urgent care is for coughs and colds but they cant handle something a bit more complicated.
