My name is Susan Milone & I live in Jensen Beach. Recently I had hip replacement surgery & required physical therapy. VNA sent the most caring & knowledgeable P.T. specialist to my house. I highly commend Ana Colina-Correa for everything she did to help me on my road to recovery from my surgery. She deserves recognition!! Thank you!

I would give this company a ZERO rating! Leave them a message and they NEVER call you back! Sent us an aide and the aide had NO IDEA what to do for my mother! She said she was only a COMPANION NOT AN AIDE! I called and spoke to supervisor and she told me they don’t hire COMPANIONS. Gave them another chance and on the 4th of July THE AIDE NEVER SHOWED UP. It is now July 6th and I am still waiting for a call back to let me know what happened! I will NEVER use this company again. UNRELIABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL.

If I could give this company a zero I would. The scheduler we had was so nasty no personality and every caregiver she sent out was the same. The caregivers had No compassion for my mom at all. We have used few companies and this company by far the worst. Finally found company who have a wonderful staff and have had same caregiver for 2 weeks now who we all absolutely love.

My spouse had Open heart surgery and are supposed to have a nurse com in today 6/27/2020 in the morning. the Nurse that Visited Friday morning called in that morning and ordered to have a nurse come out Sat morning and the nurse would call us Friday evening to lets us now what time would be here. Well No one called friday evening. I called at 9:54 am and they stated they would have a nurse call to come out asap . 12:38 I called again and still no one is coming out. Very Bad Service .This is a Quality of Care issue will be reported to Kepra

If I could leave 0 stars I would!!!! The staff in the office is completely incompetent when it comes to doing their job and leave the client as well as there nursing staff completely uninformed about matters that pertain to any individual case. The nursing staff is fantastic and I appreciate all their hard work but I would not recommend this agency solely based on the current office staff.
