Hashani Perkins's Online Review Report Card

This was my first visit to get established since my previous doctor retired. Having waited almost a month to get an appointment, it was postponed through his office until 11 am on June 28, 2021. I had picked up paperwork and filled them out completely ahead of time to avoid having to wait longer than necessary. Arrived 5 minutes early, checked in etc, I then waited for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Enough already. Went to window and informed staff member I was leaving because of the waiting time and that I may or may not be returning. Very poor business practice but pretty common. No I won't go back. I am agreeing to Healthgrades User Agreement so this can be posted but I did not actually see Dr. Perkins and was therefore not treated by him.

I have never found a doctor as caring and knowledgeable as Dr. Perkins. However, his office in Summerfield became the reason I had to leave his practice last year. One hour plus waits, then more 30 minute plus waits in the exam room - information not logged in from tests, very very unprofessional doctor assistants (on cell phones constantly). Unfortunately his only other office near me was in Leesburg - which is a very far distance from my town. I still haven't found a primary care doctor of his caliber, but am still looking.

I am impressed by his willingness to listen to all my problems. I never feel rushed in his care. Awesome doc!!!

Very Happy with my care, Dr Perkins cares about his patients! I feel like he listened and handled my health concerns. When I left I felt as though my health was in good hands. Would recommend for young and old alike.

This doctor was a great fit for me. He is attentive, listens for clues, respects my preferences, is up to date on health portal apps. He does not over prescribe or patronize. I trust this doctor - when I lost my husband to CHF 2 years ago...I did not think I would be able to trust a medical person again. However, this doctor does not give "FALSE HOPE" but works with his patients (me) to plan a healthy regimen to improve quality of life. HIGHLY recommend Dr. Perkins and Lakeview Medical

I had the pleasure of meeting Dr.Perkins when I took my mother in for an appointment. He was a great listener and very professional. He took the time to explain everything to my mother, even though it took a little longer than normal for her to understand he never got frustrated. He was very easy to understand. I wish there were more Dr. Perkins in the world.

We concur to exactly what other reviews state. He's very unprofessional, I can't stand Mother and I wouldnt send her to him. Doesn't seem to care about his patients at all.

Went for 2 week follow-up.Enters exam room,asks what can I do for you? Had no medical records about me or the reason for my appointment.Sat there with IPhone taking personal calls,ignoring me.Dr. Perkins could care less about me. Very unprofessional.
