Khai S Chang's Online Review Report Card

I have been a patient of Dr. Chang for 14 years now. He is the absolute best and is very knowledgeable and genuinely caring and very thorough. I highly recommend him!!! You can't find a better doctor than Dr. Chang!!!

He is the best doctor I have had.

I have used Dr. Chang for 12 years. I see him several times per year as part of a "preventative care" program. He has a genuine concern for the health of his patients....and anyone who walks-in with an illness. I have sent two elderly people with limited incomes, chronic health problems, and minimum insurance coverage.... who had been having problems with being accepted by nearby physicians. Dr. Chang accepted both without any reservation. His open-door treatment policy does cause longer waiting times. Perhaps that is why he keeps three of his several offices open until 7:00 PM on week-days....and until 2:00 PM on Saturday & Sunday. He personally works 6 days per week. He has a sizable number of specialty doctors working at his several offices (Lakeview Healthcare)...and thus, is able to treat a wide range of medical needs. If you can tolerate a doctor who is too busy to smile, seldom sleeps, and is "98% business" during your appointment.... then Dr. Chang is your man!

Dr Chang is more obsessed with ordering drugs and giving shots to relieve any issues you may have. Instead of reviewing my tests more carefully, he forwarded me to a pain specialist. After I changed doctors, I saw my earlier e-ray show a crack in my hip. If I didn't keep asking questions, I may have been on prescriptions and shots for any length of time. No recommendation!!!!

Fake coding added to files, Misdiagnosis, Cruelty, Passive Aggressive Staff, Prescription Happy. He was my GP for 7 yrs. He misdiagnosed severed and ruptured tendons in my right arm as nerves; laughing at me telling me to go exercise it while trying to give me a prescription. I later had serious emergency surgery. He added something to my file for revenge. His office manager told me that I deserved the retaliation for questioning him by getting a second opinion. Over the last few years I kept catching him adding fake illnesses and prescription codes to my file that I could disprove with facts. The portal would not work so it took awhile to learn how bad the added coding to my file was. His staff was aggressive and the doctors in his office a not capable and don't care. I have since found out that a problem that he laughed off for yrs. is heart related. He opened 4 new offices so the 4 hour wait has changed but the "do no harm policy" is nonexistent with this little Napoleon. 7-2019

Dr. Chang is a poor listener. He continues to talk instead of listening to the patient. He is a pill pusher. He does not allow the patient to interact in the decision making process concerning their health decisions.

Dr. Chang treated one spot and removed another spot that my Dermatologist (Very young PA) up North missed. I am thankful Dr. Chang took the time to check and had the knowledge to know how to treat it. He is now my Dermatologist after over 30 yrs. with the one up North.

He tries to keep to the appt. time! Takes time when you are having a problem.i have referred many of my friends to him. He has been my Doctor since 2004.

saw this doctor a while back, he listened to my heart and lungs, did not examine anything else. I saw my reports, all of which were not done by himself, though he said he did the exam. He cannot be considered a good doctor because he dictates things he has done when he never did them. I don't trust him one bit. His staff is rude also.
