Went to this 'doctor' for a physical for a family member, needing medical records sent to a memory care facility. They took almost three weeks and more than 20 calls to get them to fax a single piece of paper. Doctor literally left town, knowing the facility was waiting on this information in order to admit patient. Doctor also REFUSED to write a letter regarding mask wearing for a patient with Alzheimer's. Doctor believes he knows more about FAA/TSA mandates than the FAA/TSA. Horrible. Just horrible. Avoid the entire practice at Lakeview. The staff lies about when they'll send information. The staff lies about returning phone calls. I got apology after apology, claiming "staffing shortage" but zero results.

Page Smith is one of the best doctors around. Having worked with him in the Volusia County area, I witnessed first hand the knowledge , kindness and empathy he has not only for his patients but his staff. It was a great loss to lose him in the area, but I will be forever grateful for the experience he showed me and the friendship he offered me. Page I miss you.

Dr Smith is great Doctor!!! Always listens, helps and refers when needed. Office staff has so many Doctors they work for that they get things confused quite often.
