Had a hip revision on Feb. 4, 2021 and here it is Feb. of 2022 and I'm still having problems with hip pain and walking. After seeing him several times for the pain, he gave me a cortisone shot in the bursa even though the MRI report said the fluid was in the joint. Totally ignored the report and I had to go somewhere else to get the correct shot. It helped but still need another one soon. I got no relief from this guy - he didn't listen to my problems and pain I was having. What good is a doctor who doesn't listen to you. I would not recommend him at all!!

Our mother was assigned Dr. V, After a fall and he was the surgeon on call. He did a fantastic job and has follow up was clear and concise. She had a subsequent fall and we requested Dr. V again. Since the experience was so professional, efficient and he is a qualified personable physician.

Dr. Van De Leur is wonderful. He uses the anterior method for hip replacement and I was playing golf 3 weeks later with no pain at all! He's very kind and personable and takes all the time you need to ask questions and get answers. I'm having him replace my other hip soon. I highly recommend him!

Dr. van de Leur is Amazing. Just about 2 months out of a revision due to a failed knee replacement from a different doctor. I’m so happy with the results that each day I encounter. He is kind, caring, professional. I ??% recommend Dr. van de Leur, he listens and pays attention to any/all concerns I have/had. He is definitely an Incredible Doctor/Surgeon.

Dr. van de Leur is Excellent. He did a Knee revision after a failed knee replacement from another doctor. I recommend Dr. van de Leur, his expertise, caring, professionalism & procedure explanation. He listened to my concerns and helped me understand the situation I was fact. Absolutely Amazing Doctor/Surgeon, I am pleased with the outcome.

I don't know why this practice bothers to make appointments. They are never honored. At my first appointment with Dr. van de Leur, he was running two hours late. I went for my postop followup today at 11:15 and was told the doctor was running two hours late. At a minimum, couldn't the staff call to say he was running late? Due to COVID, seating in the waiting area was limited. With two hours' worth of waiting patients, seating was nonexistent. There is no excuse for that kind of rudeness.

This "Doctor" now practices in Ocala FL for the Orthopedic Institute. He performed my mother's hip surgery in August of 2018. She developed an infection within 2 weeks and has been in pain since. He has performed 5 more procedures including removing the hip, placing in a temporary spacer and a permanent spacer. She now has healed 6 months later and he now refuses to perform the surgery to replace her hip. She is now in pain everyday and can barely move. My spouse has quit work to take care of he

I was so happy with my surgery.His bedside manner was the best from any Dr.I have ever been to.I was up and about much quicker than I thought possible.If you are having hip or knee problems go to him.I can’t say enough good things about him.Oh and by the way he only does knees and hips.Everyone is nervous when going to a doctor.He will make you feel like you are the only patient he has.

Dr. Van de Leur treated my husband for a fractured patella. We were able to make appointment for ER follow up within 2 days. Our wait time in waiting room was less than 15 minutes. Staff friendly and happy. No wait time in exam room . Staff was in room waiting for us. Office clean. Staff cleaned hands before and after examining my husband. Dr. Van de Leur and staff explained condition and expected outcome in easy terms to understand. I am a Registeted Nurse and would highly reccomend this doctor and his staff . As snowbirds ,away from home we were thrilled to find this wonderful doctor and his stsff
