The care has been excellent and Both doctors I have been to genuinely seem to care - The only thing keeping them from a five star rating is if you have to call them it goes to an International call center, which is extremely frustrating
Dr Dillon helped me get back to playing pickleball again!
Excellent service! Dr Patel explained plan of action forward.Nurses were super supportive and patient.
I recently switched my pain management provider to Excel in Sun City Center after losing my regular provider. I have had a positive experience with them and I was able to continue my treatment without any interruptions. I highly recommend them for your needs with pain management.
I called and left a voicemail. Someone called me back 30 min later and then hung up immediately and never called back again. I called back & got the voicemail again. If we are doing business via voicemail, we’re not doing business. This in and of itself has made me go look for another doctor.
Very friendly staff. Appointments are on time!
Dr Reeves and Amy are the best !
Avoid this place! Worst experience for Doctor visit in Florida. Our way or highway. Gouged insurance $ 1035. For an office visit ,second one for follow up. We walked out. Keep looking, many better choices!
The entire staff is awesome. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes.
They were all very nice and got me in very fast.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
