Mammograms are a necessary evil. My experience at TGH Powered by Tower in Sun City made the process fast and not stressful. The technician told what she would do, gave clear, simple instructions and I was finished in a matter of minutes. She showed me on the film a clip inserted by the surgeon where a previous mass was biopsied, which I was not aware of. A written report came within just a few days. I will definitely choose Tower the next time my mammogram is due.

The two ladies. by the name of Thay AND Jennifer are excellent on the phone (Thay) AND jennifer ( in Medical Records) Very caring and thoughtful ladies. Yesterday your computer system was down and Thay called me back and helped me get my medical records to get picked up next day with Jennifer ( have done this with with her 3 times, always great!)Always kind and smiling. Plz acknowledge their good service! Your phones are frustrating as heck to get through but employees patient and very nice. Thank you.

Terrible website terrible customer service. I set an appointment online almost because they force you to cause no one answers the phone. Appointment confirmed their automated system texts me, I show up for my appointment and I was told there was no appointment. Apparently they know the website does not actually place appointments in the system so I had to reschedule.
