I appreciate John's welcoming and honest interest in my hearing needs. From the beginning when i purchased my hearing aids, and for any follow up questions and appts, he and his staff have always been very helpful and accommodating. During my recent check up, John refreshed my memory about things I may have forgotten about using the equipment, and whenever i need anything he is always encouraging me to call or come by for help!

There aren't enough superlatives to describe John and the staff here. My mom was new to the area and needed new hearing aids. John did a full assessment and it blew us both away. While the new hearing aids were costly, the quality of her hearing and the service they provided at Audibel made it worth every penny. We go back periodically because mom needs a "tune up" or has questions about sophisticated equipment, but every time John walks her thru it like it is new to her and he is so patient. Her quality of life has improved and she really likes to go in to see John and the staff. Thank you!!!

I have been a client at Audibel for quite some time because they have always given me a very comprehensive exam and are dedicated to making sure my hearing needs are met. This is even more important to me since it’s become necessary for me to have hearing aids. John has done his best to fit me with a type of aid that is most suited for my life style as well as my hearing needs. I wish to thank everyone who works at this branch for their friendly and professional service. 👍🏻

John at the Sun City Center location takes customer service to another level. He went above and beyond to ensure that hearing aids were delivered to my father in a rehab facility, and did it with a smile and a professional demeanor.

After I retired and moved to Florida, I went to work as a receptionist for Audibel in Plant City. It was there I finally admitted my hearing loss and was fitted with hearing aids. What a difference it made. I retired from Audibel 8 years ago, but because I have first hand knowledge of the quality of aids and staff, I continue to seek out their closest office. For me now that is Sun City Center, FL. The receptionist, Kelly, is very friendly and accommodating. John, the specialist, does a great job of making sure you understand each step involved in testing and the results . And Mike Wheeler, the owner, does a super job of seeing that his specialists have all the newest and most up to date knowledge and equipment. I’m looking forward to my updated pair.
