Security staff is very unprofessional rude unequal in enforcement of their rules policies security officer Ms Marlene was on duty Saturday April 11th 2020 from approximately 445 to 500 pm my grandmother and i were unloading groceries at reception we were both wearing masks as stated due to covid19 but i was the only one without gloves at this time Ms Marlene proceeded to inform us in a very irate manner that i could not come into the property without gloves I acknowledged her advise did not say anything to her went to park my car as i returned back with gloves and a mask i see another female individual without gloves conversating with her exiting the property this is when I approached Ms Marlene i ask her why the unfair treatment of policies procedures she responded back in an irate manner as if she was offended by the questioning and also commented exaggeratedly as to escalate the situation more than what it was that she has never been questioned treated so bad by anyone else by me. I tried to explain to her that her unfairness inequality to safety guidelines was incorrect she harassed me even further by telling me in a boastful and very irate manner to fill out a covid19 questionnaire form Management in this property needs to reconsider the selection of their security staff who are extremely unprofessionalrude unfair with their treatment fairness of their rules.
