I wouldn’t know if Dr. Fernandez is great or not because my first time going to the office was today, and after waiting over an hour I was told they don’t have any rooms available. I mean if you’re gonna stuff a bunch of doctors in one tiny office and not have available space, I think it’s time to start booking your appointments differently. Now I’m missing a full day of work and I’m still not seeing the doctor because I’m not waiting two hours like the other reviews state. Terrible terrible terrible. Will not be back.

Dr Fernandez is the best doctor my mom ever had . But this review is to complaint about the staff and disorganization of this office . They don’t make phone calls to reschedule appointments , is an abuse the waiting time and front desk very rude and incompetent. My mom travels 2 hours to see Dr Fernandez but was sent home without seen him or having her blood test . They take advantage of elderlies because they are always vulnerable and accept everything the front desk says . . This time I am thinking seriously to change Dr Fernandez and find a place with more compassionate and respectful staff .

Dr. Hernandez is the best doctor ever, but this place is to agonize waiting to be seen. Waiting time is 2hrs and more for any services (dr's. appointment or lab service) even now with Covid restrictions. I always tried to make it first thing in the morning so I can go to work after, but these people don't help much. They just don't care. What a shame!

Dr is nice if you want to wait for hours, appointment at 3:45, they put me in a room at 4:30 .by 5pm I left. Horrible I guess patient time is not important ,disgraceful

Dr. Armando is an excellent doctor but the wait time is more than 2 hours. Forget about the appointment, I had to wait 2 hours for just lab work. When I asked how long i been here since 8:30 am they lady says ok. It’s rude and just a time waste. They don’t value others time. If you have plenty of time to just sit in your car and wait you can go to this place.
