This Urgent Care was much bigger then I expected, it’s a mini Hospital in there!The staff was very helpful and professional from the front desk person to the doctor. The nurse I believe her name was Shirley was very kind and informative. She took her time to be helpful in many different ways. And this place was so clean!Bathrooms, waiting area, waiting room everywhereI also loved how easy the mobile check in and check out was. No long paperwork. Everything from the convenience of your phone.

I gave it 4 stars because of the registration process and the Dr. The registration process is worse than trying to get into the white house and the Dr Yamirika has no bedside manners so rude. But we had a great experiemce with the Nurse his name was Gio very professional and informative. Alex the Xray tech was great, super nice made us feel comfortable and he was funny, the other tech Nauhel was amazing as well, he was gentle with my daughters foot and very well mannered. The experince they gave me was great and that why I rated 4 stars but that Dr has to go

This was probably the most pleasant experience I’ve had with an urgent care clinic. From scheduling my visit online and the registration process (although a little lengthy) to the care I received. Ben my nurse was detailed and patient. His calm demeanor and explanations made it easier for me to sit still for an uncomfortable swabbing experience.Dr. DeFreitas was very compassionate as well. When I told her I have a newborn, she asked me if I was getting any rest. That had nothing to do with my visit, but it literally meant the world to me. It was nice to have someone be human, and show that they cared. AND with a colicky newborn in the car screaming with her older sibling, it had more impact than Dr. DeFreitas knows.I’ve worked in healthcare for 17 years, and I was truly impressed with how efficiently this clinic runs and the staff.

The staff is exceptional. There was an MD, RN and Radiology tech helping me. The wait wasn't long and they did an X-ray and called in a prescription for me. Also, their medical equipment is superior and newer than most doctor's offices. I will only go to a Baptist Health Urgent Care facility. The only negative was the electronic check-in which was frustrating since it kept quitting on me.

10 stars actually everyone from registration, to the Nurse John L. Exceptional - professional - knowledgeable , explained the process - thank him for me ! Dr Ansar very kind - nice that she walked in to tell me she would be with me shortly - the process was seamless !!Ty to all !Carmen
