I can't say enough wonderful things about my experience with Home Care Assistance of Ft. Lauderdale.  We needed assistance with my mother in law and in less than 24 hours they were able to get everything in order and begin services with her.  They went above and beyond to meet all of our needs and were always in touch giving us updates and adjusting schedules, etc upon our request.  I dealt with Janelle there & she treated us like family from the start.  I highly recommend using them and their home care assistants that are wonderful and caring.

My association with Home Care Assistance of Fort Lauderdale began over a year before I needed their services, as I met the owner, Manpreet, in early 2018 and discussed moving my parents to Florida.  They had caregivers in their home in another state, and he gave invaluable insight and guidance with regards to planning the move, sending me frequent emails and calling throughout the year.  Once the move was accomplished earlier this year, he had two excellent caregivers already arranged to provide help for my mother.  The service has been excellent, as the caregivers are on time and reliable, interact well with my mother, make breakfast, keep her room clean, take care of the laundry, and provide assistance as needed throughout the day.  They also are very professional and have not added any extra drama to our situation.  We hope for many years of service from Home Care Assistance.

We needed care for a close family member and were immediately drawn to Home Care Assistance of Ft. Lauderdale. The owner Manpreet responded immediately to our inquiry and was hands-on, professional and kind throughout the entire process; he helped us understand the industry and the options available to us and was not pushy or aggressive in any way, which was nice. The caregiver was available to start the next morning and was warm and comforting for the entirety of the care process and made a real impact on ensuring the condition stabilized.
