George T. Lim's Online Review Report Card

The follow up done by this office is irresponsible. We were told that the results of a biopsy should take 4 days. We have been calling since day 8...now on day 10 and still waiting. I told the office...this is cruel to leave a patient along with their family waiting to know the results of a biopsy. Especially when Dr. Lim had already told him WITHOUT THE BIOPSY that he believed the mass is malignant. Set up appointments with his cohort Dr's...The pulmonologist told my husband that they would have to surgically remove the mass whether it was benign or malignant. We were left to dwell on that for 10 days. When we were finally called about the results...thankfully it was benign. Once I threatened the office, miraculously the results were available. Dr. Lim informed my husband that the mass is benign, gave him the medical term and and said to look up what it means online! I see other people complained about his personal Dr. network. Do I hear class action?

Over the last 20 years, We were extremely disappointed with the medical services provided by Dr. Lim to our parents. We were informed at doctor's visits and on phone conversations that our parents were in good health for their age. Nothing could be further from the truth. Both our mother and father were suffering from various stages of advanced Dimentia which led to their deaths. Dr. Lim failed to diagnose our mother's condition and offered no guidance for dealing with our father's condition, nor monitoring. Additionally, Dr. Lim was quick to prescribe multiple medications, including anti-depressants and anxiety medication which resulted in our mother sleeping 22 out of 24 hours per day. Dr. Lim also failed to communicate and respond to the immediate family in a timely fashion. The majority of calls went unanswered.

Dr. George Lim is very caring and has a very genuine passion for helping patients! He is very thorough and very bright. He is one of the best medical professionals I have ever encountered . Love him so much and his wonderful staff.

My favorite Drs. and top Staff. Quality of care like in the old days! They do strive for excellence. The way they treat a person from the moment they come in, the Drs. manners... they do care. They do teach Tai-chi and Zumba and always do different events to keep us busy and in a great set of mind and they don't charge us members. They feel more like family than a clinic. Best office in town! :)

My grandmother has been seeing Dr Lim for over 20 years. She has problems and serious medical issues that he neglected. Now she is in the hospital with cancer all throughout her body. He never called her or our family once to check. He doesn’t care. I’ve met him personally and while knowledgeable, he won’t give you the time of day. This so called doctor won’t give his patients the time of day. He’s in it for the money and the staff could care less about anyone. I’ve never seen a doctor act the way he does and the lack of proper support. My grandmother could have been healthy right now if he did what he’s supposed to do. Don’t ever go see this doctor. He doesn’t care.

Seen the doctor once and only because I needed a surgery clearance. Refuses to send you to specialists in insurance network who is not in his sub network list and refuses to let you know who is in in sub list. Only works if you do not want any say or control about your treatment. Not for me.

I thank all of them in this office for the excellent care that I have been given. I have 100% confidence in you. Dr. Lim really care about us. I am so pleased to be his patient. I can also say that your staff are the best! THank you for being there for me.

I cannot say enough about the professionalism of this office. Dr. Lim and his staff have been most courteous and professional. Dr. Lim is so well rounded in each aspect of medicine. He is very holistic as far as prevention and cure. He is by far so knowlegeable in every facet of his profession. I would recommend him very highly as being one of the most respected doctors in the medical field and I am honored to have him as my physician.
