Tuve una excelente experiencia en Prosperity Smile. Todo el personal fue muy amable y profesional, y desde el primer momento me hicieron sentir en confianza. I took my children to LUV and was extremely impressed by the level of care and professionalism. Dr Brady takes care of her patients like it's Family. The staff is excellent and if I could, I would give them a 10 stars review!

We moved to a different area and decided to try a dentist closer to home , took my 4 kids and they said every single one of them had cavities , ( one I knew for sure from the previous dentist did ) something felt off , the place wasn’t very clean , the chair they did X-rays on was broken & little sketchy to sit on , overall I was concerned that maybe the dentist wasn’t completely being honest , I went back to my original dentist and nobody has cavities except the child I already knew of that did . Overall things just didn’t seem to be in order , I’d say find a different Pediatric dentist !

All the staff are professional and polite. Dr Bryant is very informative and gentle. I love that they aren’t pushy for services or if you’re uncomfortable with anything. The environment is very clean and kid friendly. I’d highly recommend.

Amazing staff and Doctor they were so patient and professional with my daughter who was so anxious defensive will be returning I recommend this office.. UPDATE This office use to be amazing ran like a well oiled machine recently not so much on the back end of things I am not sure what changed maybe too many patients now but services has took a major hit not necessarily the doctor but the staff needs major improvements on verifying insurance coverage and contact patients within a suitable time frame!’

The service here is great! The dentist are not mediocre, In fact, quite the contrary. However, the wait time is ridiculous. Every time I have an appointment I need to wait 45 minutes past my appointment. It's not one time, it's not two times. It's been every time I bring my daughter here. I am a medical professional myself and if we had our patients waiting more than 15 minutes Our cardiologist would not be happy and we wouldn't be able to keep our job long. This place needs to adhere to a timeframe and really stick to it. Other people have other things they have to do and it's not fair to those who come here on time being made to wait 30 minutes or more. Plus, they also need to adhere to a strict pet policy. If it's not a service pet then it has no place in a medical practice. Likely when my Daughter's braces are done so too is our business at this place. ***Update*** As I write this we were called, only 15 minutes wait this time. Amazing. Guess I can't up my rating from 2 stars to 3 now. We'll see how it goes next time 🙄
