I had Dr Aramburu before and i lost her because insurance. When I found her I was extremely happy because I knew how good she is. Happy me again, she have a very positive attitude and a holistic approach.

I won’t even go. Looking for new doctor. I have been trying to get through for over an hour and a half. Rude answering service. Called twice for Dr. Aramburu. Twice they transferred me and I told second lady not to transfer me because mailbox was full! People answering phones are dry like toast! This is ridiculous. Trying to find a decent doctor and office staff is giving me anxiety! Forget it! If this is how long it takes to get my call answered good riddance. Don’t need it. My time is valuable too.
Dr Aramburu is a great doctor every experience I have had with her was great. I do sadly have to say the staff at the medical office is not. It is very hard to call in appointments, their answering system is slow and I had a prescription written wrong and could not get my ultrasound done waited all morning at the ultrasound tech and was able to reach her assistant through email and was told she would get back to me after seeing a patient, come to find out after going in person to talk to them that I have to wait until Dr. A’s lunch to hear back. It would have been nice to know in the call that I would be waiting longer so I knew what to do. Calling and I tried to ask about it they transferred me straight to the assistant voicemail who wasn’t calling me back before. Not helpful to be transferred right away without actually talking to patient to see what is going on. Knocked a couple stars because of this. Even with the best doctors of it’s impossible to reach them it’s not great service. I’m very sad about this and if it’s not improved I will most likely seek another office.
With Dr. Marlene Aramburu, you feel that you are in trust, with the right professional who cares about the well-being of her patients. It was a great experience and I recommend it without thinking.
Dr is very nice and professional! But the clinic is very slow to get any response to you! If you have anything need to talk with doctor’s assistant, that is very hard. You have to call many many times! So I will have to remove one star off for the slow response from the clinic office.
Being in the healthcare profession, I can appreciate great medical attention. But Dr. Aramburu is not great....she is exceptional!!! I feel the medical world has lost their touch and even in some cases knowledge, which is a shame in the world we live in. Thankfully there are still some physicians who go above and beyond, who have that empathy and understanding and truly truly care for you. My whole family goes to her and I would not have it any other way. Incredibly knowledgeable, caring, compassionate and even keeps it fun! She is top rated! Thank you for all you do!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
