Find a new front desk/receptionist lady that can actually Answer a proper phone call with actual facts and not be so lazy . I shouldn’t have to call my insurance for coverage information that’s something the doctors office can actually do! If you don’t know the insurance you accept at the office you work at that’s just sad & I should know I been in the medical field for 10 years …

I just had a seizure and called the office to schedule an appointment. The lady who answered with strong NY or north eastern accent (never gave me her name and hopefully they can identify her by this) insisted they did not accept my insurance despite me confirming with my insurance company. I informed her that I just had a seizure and BEGGED her to confirm yet she REFUSED to confirm and HUNG UP. This doctor should be ashamed to have someone like that at his practice.
