Incredible professional staff very helpful and patient which is exactly what one needs when they are not feeling well... The young lady at the front desk (I wish I could remember her name but since I was not feeling well I was not thinking very well) was very polite professional kind understanding and took the time to fill everything out that was needed for me since she could see how bad I was feeling... The medical assistant who took all my vitals was professional patient and listen to everything I had to say.. and Dr. Kayla Chang was very knowledgeable professional understanding patient and helpful she reassured me that I wasn't sicker than I thought I was... she recommended helpful things and answered all of my questions and also took the time to fill out prescriptions for me.. the most important thing was that I left the facility with peace of mind that I would get better and that things aren't worse than I thought they were I thank them all very much

My son had cold symptoms today and took him to MD Urgent care. Doctor Chang and Medical assistant were very caring and knowledgeable. Excellent care. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. He was treated for an upper respiratory cold. The scripts were faxed over to my pharmacy. When I arrived it was ready. We don't think twice to come here because we know we're in good hands. Thank you.

Andreina(front desk), Shameka(medical assistant), and PA, Morgan Grebe were very helpful, compassionate, understanding, patient, and respectful. I brought my autistic daughter in due to an injury to her ankle, these ladies were great with my daughter. I didn't feel like my daughter or me were being judged. Andrea, Shemaka, and PA, Morgan were very welcoming, for that, I thank you all.

Great service , the front desk personnel was very professional, so was the nurse. The doctor did a detail examination, she was very professional as well. I would recommend MD Now to anyone who needs medical care.
