Nikki Joseph's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Nikki’s seems to be a good doctor. However the office staff is a big turn off. Thats why I couldn’t give 5 stars. Very unprofessional. Not friendly or kind. I was standing at the desk no one wanted to help me. Looked back at me and didn’t greet me or anything. I had to ask am I in the right place. Medical assistant advised me not to mention to the Dr that my leg was bothering me because that would have to be addressed in a different appointment because this was only a wellness exam…(WTH) I’ve never been told that before. Then I had to call and ask a quick question after I left and I was on hold for over 25 mins. And this was my first time trying this office!!! I won’t be doing anymore office visits so thank goodness for the Tele Appointments. Other wise I would have no dealings with this office.

Everything was great. Dr Joseph and her assistant Jenny were amazing and very professional.

Visit went very smoothly. Dr. Joseph was very knowledgeable and kind. Her bedside manner was the best I've ever seen.

My visit was seamless from check in to check out. Dr. Joseph is a great listener and very knowledgeable. She not only addressed the reason for my visit but also gave me great suggestions for my overall health. I will definitely be keeping Dr. Joseph as my primary care physician.

This review is for the staff. I just called to ask if the Dr was taking new patients. I called, the phone rang. A woman picked up the phone, but before saying anything she was having a personal conversation and asking for ice. She finally acknowledged my call. I asked if Dr Joseph is taking new patients. Her response was hold on one second. Placed me on hold and transferred me to a Dr Goldstein voicemail. I will not be calling back.

I just switched to Dr. Joseph as my primary care doctor and I am very satisfied with my care. She took the time to listen to my concerns and was very thorough about my medical problems. We went through each of my medications and health problems and she made sure I was understood my lab levels and further steps we needed to take from there. I could tell she wasn't just trying to get me out the door, like I have felt with other doctors in the past. She was really trying to do a good job with me and I felt that. She made me feel comfortable, even to ask silly questions. I am highly recommending her, she will take care of you!!

Dr. Joseph is the best primary care doctor I’ve ever seen. She really took the time to get to know me as a person and learn about my medical conditions. She was able to answer my concerns without making me feel judged or rushed. She is is someone who really listens and you can tell that she cares about her patients. I would recommend her to all my friends and family

Read great reviews on Dr however whoever they have assisting with scheduling appointments are the worst, keep on hanging up the phone on you. Rude and shouldn’t be working with customers.

My normal doctor was on vacation and I needed to be seen so I decided to go ahead and schedule an appointment with Dr. Joseph. I am so glad I did! She was not only the kindest doctor I have ever met but she also took her time during our visit and never made me feel rushed - a problem I have with most doctors. She was able to answer all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable with my treatment plan She went above and beyond what any other doctor has ever done for me and even called me two days after my visit to see how I was feeling. I plan on following with Dr. Joseph moving forward. I feel so lucky to have met her and become one of her patients!

Had an appointment yesterday April 6, 2022. Doctor Joseph entered my room with Good morning pleasantries then sit down opened up her laptop to she good see my previous labs report from another doctor she was having problems with her laptop was runnIng slow then she received a call on her cell phone she told me it was from a family member and that they always call her her and if I mind her talking the call I said no cause she was already setting down, but she should’ve excuse herself rather then let me listen to the conversation, after she hung up her whole demeanor wasn’t good as she was going over my lap report she started asking questions in a harsh, cold, abrupt integration tone, she ask a question I give her the answers she kept repeating the same questions she wasn’t listening. I will definitely not be going back to Doctor Nikki Joseph ever again, bad enough I was already nervous about the visit then to leave feeling way worse then when I went in.
