Some of the office staff is very rude. Too much wait time in the waiting room. Waiting 30 minutes pass my appointments. It could be better. You don't see a doctor you see ARNP all the time.
People there were really good and nice. And the nurse practitioner was also great.
I have been to the office two or three times. Haven't met my Dr yet but the PA is kind and thorough. Had a CT scan on 4/8, left 3 messages for results and do not have them as of today, 5/18. Had to call imaging office to send to my PC Dr so I can get results.
This. Place. Is. Terrible. Their staff is non caring, nonsense and also rude. When they call a PATIENT they only identify themselves by first name “Hi this is Aaron” Mmmkkkk who? If a PATIENT needs to discuss results with someone they will blow off your messages., wait until you’ve left 5 of them THEN call back to try and scan you into another test. (To get you in the door so they can bill your insurance) If you can possibly do it go elsewhere. This place is the very definition of BAD. We work so hard to pay for medical care… do they realize this? Or that we don’t actually work for them??!!! Just be a good person. What happened d to that? You know your patients can feel those bad vibes Jeez
Please find another facility to provide medical care. These people are incompetent!
If you have a Sleep Study conducted by TPC you will be prescribed a CPAP Machine. Obviously CPAP suppliers are rewarding TPC for every CPAP prescription.
Last year (2022) somebody called, ostensibly from the clinic, said I missed an appointment and that if I didn't schedule one TODAY, they would "take away your (cpap) machine." I scheduled. When I got to the office, I was told there was no appointment scheduled. Made a new appointment for a few months out. Showed up for that one. Was told AGAIN that they had no record. (This was last autumn.) Couldn't get an appointment until April. Looking fwd to today's appointment. I wonder if they will see me today.
After making an appointment and driving there today, they looked in their computer for my appointment and data. Nothing about the appointment. I was told, "Sorry, when you called she failed to put it in the computer and we can't fit you in today. Can you come back next Wednesday.?" My reply,"Yes I can but I won't be comingin back."
Everything clean and fast.. doc right on top of things.. im still alive!
I originally rated this at 2 stars, but now I am here to decrease it to 1 star. I initially really liked my doctor, but now I realized I deserved better treatment as a patient and also deserved to have my concerns taken more seriously. With that said, I do believe they are understaffed with sleep doctors to create appropriate appointment wait times. But, regardless, my story is ridiculous. Please read. After getting diagnosed with a sleep disorder in June, I struggled to have my insurance cover what I was prescribed. To try different medicines, my doctor would take over a week to get back to me with a new prescription. She had to write paper prescriptions due to the medicines being controlled substances. She left in early July with me still untreated, and wouldn't help me appeal insurance denials. I wanted to get in with my new sleep doc to get treated ASAP but told me that I couldn't get an appointment with her until the LAST WEEK OF AUGUST (I was told this the first week of July... that meant I had to wait 7 weeks until my next appointment without treatment). It was at that moment that I called the Jacksonville Sleep Center and they got me an appointment with the doc in two weeks through a virtual appointment. He can also submit electronic prescriptions, unlike my doctor here (I don't understand how that is possible from what I was told, but regardless, it is very helpful). I will have a follow up appointment on my treatment with my Jacksonville doctor a week before I was supposed to meet with my new Tallahassee doctor - well, that was the case before Tallahassee Pulmonary MAILED me a notice saying that they moved my appointment from last week of August to last week of September, without saying why my appointment was moved. I received no phone call at all with any explanation. I have no idea how they couldn't get me in earlier when I was a previous and established patient. This is so ridiculous and the way they run is completely laughable at this point. But it wasn't just after I was an established patient. They've always taken a long time to get me scheduled. My first appointment was also 2 months out from when I scheduled it, and the sleep study was another 2 months out from that. At Jacksonville, I will have had 2 appointments along with another sleep study in the time it will have taken me to meet with my new Tallahassee doctor. If you find yourself in my situation here, know that you deserve better. I would highly recommend Jacksonville Sleep Center over this place. Front staff is super kind and patient, which is different from what I've experienced here. Also, side note: if you end up getting a sleep study done at TMH, just know that they could be cleaner - I found a roach in my sleep study room before I went to sleep. So lovely!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
