List of Adrienne P George's Reviews
I was quite disappointed recently with the lack of follow up and customer care/service provided. The office number changed and I happened upon it. Upon needing a consultation about a prescription, I learn that Dr. George and her Physician's Asst. are both out of town for an extended period with no one else available to offer assistance. Appeared to be lack of concern or urgency-- Just, " She'll get back to you next week or maybe the next week sometime." Very disappointed in customer care.
I saw dr George today for an ob appointment. She was the worst doctor I have had in Florida. She wanted to check my cervix at 8 weeks and do a pap even though I had one from my previous ob in Texas! She did not explain anything she was doing and said she had to do a culture and did not explain it! I told her it hurt and she says she was gentle! She also touched the button on the chair and wanted to touch my breast for an exam that I did not need! She gave me attitude when Iasked her to wash her hands! I said covid and she said that is not how it works and said she was not going yo argue with me! I will never see her again!
Adrianne George ruined my life when she tied off my left ureter while tying off blood vessels after a hysterectomy. My ureter was permanently damaged and it has negatively affected my life and body in so many ways. The amount of suffering I have experienced is insurmountable and when confronted Dr. George had nothing to say other than “things can go wrong during a surgery.” She never even apologized to me for ruining my life. A repair surgery done at John Hopkins required my bladder to be hitched over and attached to my left psoas muscle. I now suffer from interstitial cystitis due to trauma in my bladder and urinary system. If I could go back in time, I would have gone to an expert surgeon, not a hack of gynecologist. I never received any compensation for my injury. All the medical records were scanty and not properly recorded. There was a window of opportunity after the surgery to undo the tie but no one would listen to me when I was complaining of horrible left flank pain. This was being caused by urine backing up into my left kidney. I was told the pain was normal after a hysterectomy. She never ordered an ultrasound just to check me out after the surgery. If she had, she would have seen what was going on and she could have fixed it. She is a horrible doctor and an ever worse person. Please, go to a different doctor and save yourself from harm. I wish I had never stepped into her office. My life would have been so different. I have no quality of life now. .
I was patient of her office. She is extremely knowledgeable and will answer all of your questions regardless of how long it takes to answer them; she does not mind, it seems. And that's what I loved about her practice. And every time I leave her office, I thank her for taking the time to speak and educate me. However, there was a time when my body was telling me something was wrong. I went to her office multiple times and my concerns/pain were minimized. I thought I was okay, getting reassurance from her. But I decided to leave her office because I didn't feel that I was taken seriously enough; maybe because of my young age and me being single at the time. But I addressed the same concerns with my PCP's APRN and she ran all of my tests and showed more empathy. Come to find out, I have a slew of medical conditions relating to my hormones, which is what I brought up to Dr. George but told me to give it a month. Maybe Dr. George was not the right fit for me, and is the right fit for other women. However, my advice stemming from this devastating experience taught me if you feel that any of your doctors are not truly listening to you, minimizes your pain, and/or does not run tests upon your requests, it is time to find another doctor. Your health is in your hands at the end of the day; look out for you. ADVOCATE FOR YOURSELF AND YOUR BODY. Don't leave your health completely in the hands of doctors who don't know your body. Follow your intuition.
I had dr. George for my first pregnancy and I was young but dr. George if the best doctor I’ve ever had! If I was able to go back to her with my second and I’m not on my third I would! I love your work she’s an amazing doctor. She is my 1st pick every time! I wish they accept Medicaid still. So I could go back to her.
Dr. George is a very sweet and calming Dr that will listen to you even if it takes up to an hour..her patients concerns matter to her. Debbie on the other hand is very funny and will make you laugh. They are a great combo especially while pregnant. I was so sad when I heard they didn't accept my insurance anymore with my second pregnancy.
My visit was excellent. The atmosphere in her office is warm and welcoming. Dr. George is very caring, she is patient and she is kind. She explains procedures before she performs them. The wait time is short. In a male dominated field, it is refreshing to have a female gynae.
Very awesome, compassionate and knowledgeable. Dr. George and Debbie were instrumental my whole pregnancy. They kept me sane Everytime I would come in with a crazy pregnant theory lol! I cannot express how in control Dr. George allowed me to feel during labor, even though I had to have an emergency C-section 😫. I was very sad to hear that my insurance is longer in network, hopefully by baby 2 I'll have an in network insurance or I might pay out of pocket just to have her.. !
5 out of 5 stars! We love Dr. George! She is so kind and patient. She listens to all of my concerns and I never feel rushed. I highly recommend.
I had a wonderful prenatal and birth experience with Dr. George and Ms. Deborah. They worked tirelessly to try to turn my breech positioned baby and were so kind and compassionate to me when it turned out I would need a c-section, which was skillfully performed. They are extremely knowledgeable and invested in their patient's care. Both have spent ample time with me explaining symptoms, procedures, etc and answering my often paranoid questions without making me feel stupid. Highly recommend.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
