I have loved Dr. Franz! He has been my doctor since 2018 with my pregnancy with my son and was great during that as well as going over birth control options after. Just had a well check and was extremely happy with my experience any and all questions asked were answered respectfully and thoroughly 😁

My daughter is high risk and was sent to dr Humes fetal medicine by dr frans, we were very concerned about some of the new medications that my daughter was placed on prior to visiting dr frans. Although he himself has been ok , it’s the lack of empathy and plain down right concern or respect of his staff that has left this experience one of the worse for my daughter and myself ! Now that her pregnancy is in the 9 th month the revered dr humes and his staff have now adopted that same lack of concern and pointing at each other for answers. They couldn’t even get simple answers for questions about the medication and breast milk excretion. Called my daughter a lier when she ask about it on the advice of dr frans. I don’t know what is going on but find new drs for anything other than a perfect pregnancy!

Exceptionally kind gynecologist! He rushed me through testing for post menopausal bleeding and scheduled total hysterectomy immediately to address cervical cancer.

Save yourself and your baby and get a different doctor. I was high risk and was constantly in the office and due to symptoms being overlooked that I was complaining about (high bp, swelling, headaches, blurry vision and more) even high protein in urine from tests they took, it was awful and i almost died. Baby was born preemie. I hemorrhaged. My BP continues to have problems. I only ever saw him because I was “high risk” and he wanted to make sure I was seen by one doctor. But the doctor he works with who I saw when Dr. Franz was out of town for a trip, was the one who found my symptoms concerning and brought me in and hospitalized me instantly and I had to have my baby within a week after complaining for almost 7 weeks to Dr. Franz.

I have had a bad experience with lots of run arounds and over billing.

Dr. Franz is The Best! I was High Risk with both pregnancies, and he was there for every minute. We LOVE this Doctor💞

If I could rate Dr. Franz fewer stars than just one... I would. I have seen him three or four times over the last two years and each encounter with him was even more unhelpful and infuriating than the one before.Zero bedside manner. Zero listening and communication skills. My last appointment at NFWC was with Dr. Franz and I was so angry when I left that I immediately called another practice so I could find a new doctor. I will NEVER see him again and I will actively recommend to my female friends and loved ones to also avoid him.

The worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. Meet him for the 1st time today a week before my baby is due and his bedside manner was terrible he basically ran out of the room after my exam. Never asked if I had any questions or asked how I was doing. He treated me like I was bothering him. Like cattle. It was terrible experience that I made arrangements to not meet with him again.

One of the worse experiences I've ever had with a doctor. He was waaayyyy too rough when giving a pelvic exam. He rushed me out of the office immediately after. Didn't even ask if I had any additional questions. Seemed to not care about my concerns at all. I am in pain from the pelvic exam I recieved because of how rough he was! And to think I paid a 40 dollar copay just to end up in worse pain than I already was. I will be sure to never be seen by him again.

Dr. Alexander Franz is exceptional! He's skilled in surgery, knowledgeable in his field and does not waste time. My husband and I are grateful to have met him. God bless you, Dr. Franz! - The Winfuls
