List of Andrea Randell's Reviews
Since downsizing practice, quality has gone down significantly. Look for other local MDs. Extremely rude staff over the phone.
Dr. Rahangdale is a great doctor and kind person. But something is very wrong with the staff. There is constant turnover. A feeling of great stress and impatient responses.
Dr Rahangdale is a wonderful doctor and kind person. Unfortunately, he advertises taking new patients when in fact you will be scheduled with his PA or nurse practitioner. Dr Rahangdale is very busy at FSU. His staff is constantly changing. There seems to be a lot of tension in the office. The woman at the front is very impatient and borderline rude.
I love that dr Rahangdale takes care of every member of my family. He is a patriot conservative who lives this country and the freedoms that have allowed him to prosper. I do find the quality of his staff lacking. The last visit I had a nurse (?) Who did not know how to take blood pressure or measure oxygen. Staff is constantly changing

He is an excellent doctor but became to busy. We ended up being sent to urgent care by his staff when we were sick. When we were able to get in we saw his nurse practitioners. We did not see him every other time like most offices. His office staff made decisions who would see him.
My son Eric is a student at FSU and wasn't feeling well. We made arrangements with Denise (super nice) to see Dr. Rahangdale but he was not available. My son saw the PA and had a great experience. He said everyone was kind, thorough, helpful and fast.
I never thought a doctor with this standard of morals ethics or care existing in todays world. Dr. Rahangdale goes above and beyond to make sure he is well aware of not only my medical condition stats but the physiological and psychological things going on in my life too. Every visit is a pleasure and the Doc really knows a thing or two about South hospitality a trait that is becoming less and less common in the medical profession. If you want to build a relationship with someone you and your family can rely on this is your guy hands down.

When there is that much staff turnover, there are deeper problems within the practice. I was ridiculed for requesting a tetanus vaccine. On several occasions I witnessed elderly sick patients being sent away for not having small copay or being a few minutes late. When I first started going to him many years ago he was the most caring person one could hope for in a physician. Sadly, that has changed! Would not recommend to anyone.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
