Dr. Wong carefully explained all of my options concerning my knee problems, patiently answering all of my questions. He was very professional, and yet kind and encouraging - exactly what you would like to have to feel confident with your health decisions. His staff was also very pleasant to work with. This was just an initial consultation, so I can't speak to any actual surgery experience.
