List of Basim Tadros's Reviews
Dr. Tadros will not read your file until he walks in the room to see you. He won't know/remember anything about your case and will prescribe you B12 shots to keep you coming in the door and billing insurance. As a woman, he discounted what I said and tried to make me feel guilty for requesting anxiety medication after a life threatening illness. Run don't walk away from this jerk.
I just wanted to let everyone know that I was over joyed with the care my neighbor received from Dr. Tadros and his staff. I had been in the medical field for 30+ years and it is so exciting to see his very well trained respectful staff in action. and to witness a Doctor who is thorough, caring and an excellent communicator. Needless to say, I am switching from my current primary care physician to Dr. Tadros.
Dr Tadros is the most caring, compassionate doctor that I have ever had! He is very patient and knowledgable while providing a broad range of care suited for just about anyone's needs!

My husband and I were both referred to Dr. Tadros by our previous doctor that was retiring. We have been under Dr. Tadros' care for about two years now and are very pleased with his attention, knowledge and manner of treatments. He is extremely smart and has identified and improved several issues with our health. We trust his medical expertise and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a doctor's care. We do not have any negative issues with his staff or the process of getting appointments, talking with his nurse, or dealing with his office.
My husband was administered injections in an incorrect location and the medical assistant hit his sciatic nerve. We have filed a complaint, which has gone to risk management, and the RN called my husband to tell him that his side effects of pain and burning down his leg (2 days out) is “normal”! I’m a nurse, and this is definitely not “normal”. This practice hires incompetent medical assistants. BEWARE ?? Our whole family is transferring out of there.
Dr.tadros is the most caring dr. I have had in forever. He is genuine and the communication between him and my cardio dr. Is like they were both there at the appointment. The nurses are all nice friendly and helpful, when I need an appointment when I sick its never a wait and I'm glad I found this office.
Okay this is the worse place ever! My husband and I have been in the healthcare for a long time and we are new to the area and was referred by another doctor to see Dr. Tadros. First let me say it takes you over 3+months to get a appointment which is absurd. Then when you call you go through so many phone options and you are so confused on where you ended with the options you can only leave a message! It’s absolutely ridiculous. When they do call you back it’s weeks later. This practice goes through a call center and it’s a horrible business process. In the end we asked ourselves why would we want to go to a doctor that has you jumping through hoops of fire just for an appointment. Not to mention if you really needed a appointment you have to leave a message thinking I hope they call me back...What ever happened to a good doctor and staff that answers the phone for their patients! For us when they have such a dysfunctional staff that are not very nice and the process is a mess you RUN the other way.
When I saw Dr. Tadros for my asthma, he changed all of my prescriptions (that I had been taking for years) to new medicines. I had issues getting one filled, and it took three weeks of calling his office to finally get a response. But the response, sent over their online portal, said that they had dropped me from the practice, and that I should have received a certified letter stating this (I didn't). These people DO NOT CARE about their patients. They use them up, make them switch to meds that will earn the doctors a bit of a kickback on the side, then they drop you when you start to figure out their scheme.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
