My visit was ok. Have been going to this doctor almost 2 years for fractured patella. Office is a dismal failure on follow through to schedule MRI. Has taken 2 months. Still nothing scheduled. I’ve had multiple phone conversations. Still NOTHING scheduled

I'm on the fence with this review. Seeing Zirgibel was good....when I finally saw him. Waited 1.5 hours in the front before getting called back and then waited another 30 minutes in the room. When he finally came in, he was helpful, but he slipped out after only about 15 minutes with me. I had more questions and expected him to come back in, but only a nurse did. She went and asked him a question for me, but I needed him.

I was suppose to be at my appointment at 12pm and I was late bout 15/20 minutes I got lost GPS had me way somewhere else off of Centerville Rd near Centennial Blvd I had never been to this T.O.C. Office before. Yet they still allowed me to be seen by Dr. Zirgibel/Nurse Practioner for my appointment I really appreciate that. Others would have charged a late fee and rescheduled the appointment. Thanks for your services and time have a nice day 😊 God's blessings to you all.🙏

Dr Brian Zirgibel Did surgery on my hip a year ago very good job I’m in no more pain and I had a follow up with him last week and everything is healing and doing good . I would recommend him to anyone else and he also very kind and respectable young man
