He's a great Doctor. Straight-shooter no BS.

Made an appointment 7 months ago.I got a confirmation call a week ago. Yes it took that long to get an appointment. Yesterday I got a call from someone asking if I was going to make my appointment.I replied my appointment is not today it's tomorrow.When I went in today I was told I had to wear a mask. The girl at the desk was a bit rude about it. I have heard a lot of great things about Dr Allen from friends that are his patients. The one question i ask was does he require masks and the answer was no. So why was i treated the way i was for not wearing a mask? I've been to several specialist doctors in the last year and a half and not had to wear a mask.This is June 2022 What the hell? After reading the one-star commen all I can say is wow.

My First visit here today 6/17/22 excellent staff everything went fast doctor allen was very great and knowledgeable .

Dr Allen continues to display everything a doctor should offer his patients from his knowledge to his caring personality. I am grateful to have him in my corner.

I’ve been going 45 miles out of my way to see Dr Allen it’s worth it,you cannot find a better Doctor in Tallahassee he actually cares about what ails you and is great to give advice on what the problem might be plus he graduated from the University of Kentucky (go big blue) I’ve been seeing him for about 4 years now and I have no complaints about him. He has a great sense of humor also

Dr Allen is the best doctor in town by far. He treats his patients with care and actually listens to what ails you and comes up with a precise plan to help.

He is one of the most personable and kind doctors I have had since moving from California. He will listen to what you have to say as long as you are honest. I appreciate his bluntness. The staff are kind as well and willing to help you as long as you are trying to help yourself.

Office manager refused to let me enter the office to discuss medical exemptions for wearing a face mask because she didn't believe there were any valid exemptions.

I absolutely love Dr Allen. He’s great at listening and just an amazing doctor.

I’m honestly not sure why some of these reviews are so low. I have certainly not had a bad experience.Dr. Allen is a wonderful, empathetic doctor who takes a holistic approach to your health, which I think is pretty rare these days. I’m happy to finally have a primary care provider I actually trust with my overall health.I also have never had a problem with the front desk staff who treated me with nothing less then respect.I was seen by the doctor within 15 minutes of my appointment so wait time was not an issue either.The only complaint I could say was that the window for scheduling a new patient appointment was pretty far out in the future. I was originally scheduled for 9 months out.But now that I am a patient of the practice, I was told I could schedule same day sick appointments and while I was in the waiting room I can verify I did hear the receptionists giving same day appointments to people who called in.As I said, I’m not sure what’s with the lower reviews as my experience was one that set the bar for how patients should be treated.
