Brittany Clark is the rudest doctor I ever came in contact with. She is very unhelpful and I will not recommend anyone to her office.

I have searched for several years for a primary care physician, each time none of the physicians met my expectations. I usually felt rushed, unheard, or like just another co-pay. Each visit seemed like the main focus was lost, the actual patient. My visit with Dr. Clark today was nothing like that. Dr. Clark was pleasant, knowledgeable, and attentive. She was able to explain things to me in a way that I could easily understand. I feel very comfortable in her care and I look forward to my next visit.

Efficient and professional. ARNP Kinzie is great when Dr. Clark is not available.

My visit at Dr. Brittney Clark’s office was a pleasure from start to finish. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and patient. I didn’t have to sit and wait for a long time to see the doctor. Dr. Clark was very attentive and thorough. She answered all of my questions. I was a new patient with her, she advised me that she would request my lab results from Quest and call me with a follow-up. She called me the same day. I would definitely recommend her to my family and friends.

I was feeling extremely overwhelmed by some issues about a month ago. Dr. Clark’s office fit me in last minute. She spent a lot of time talking with me even though I know she had a lot of patients to see. Her compassion was extraordinary. I can’t say enough good things about how that visit impacted me positively. Her genuine concern for my well being was evident and I will always be grateful to her for that.

Dr. Clark is great! She focuses on my concerns and addresses them in a caring and genuine manner, and I have not felt rushed during any visit. I have had such positive experiences with Dr. Clark that my parents are now her patients. Highly recommend!

Dr. Clark has been one of the best primary care providers I’ve ever had. She takes the time to talk with me about my concerns so that she can address them before she ever mentions what her concerns with my health are. She also holds me accountable when I’m not doing my part to address or correct something for the betterment of my own health. I’d highly recommend Dr. Clark to anyone looking for a PCP in the Tallahassee area!

I've had many primary care physicians in my life, including at this group practice, and all were great. Dr. Clark is the glaring exception. She may know her medicine, but she sorely needs a personality transplant. Worse, her staff is rude and apathetic. After two visits, I switched to a new physician in another group practice. I've had to hire an attorney just to get my medical records transferred to my new doctor. Clark's staff can't even accomplish that. Avoid this doctor.

Been looking for a fast and efficient doctors office for while now, and finally found it here. Staff is very nice and made me feel extremely comfortable!

My new patient experience was awful. I found Dr. Clark to be rude, uncaring and unwilling or unable to listen or care about my medical history. During my appointment she spoke negatively about other physicians by name which was very unprofessional of her. I left my appointment unwilling to trust my care to her. There are a lot of negative reviews on her. Capital Regional Medical group needs to take some action to address what is happening with a number of her patients.
