She is a great Dr.; listens carefully to what you have to say; and takes her time without rushing or belittling the patient. She also has a very pleasant demeanor which is reassuring as you talk. I’m grateful that she adapted her schedule in a very short notice to get a procedure done for me. The only negative thing I experienced was the very long waiting time I had to wait until she came to see me. I suspect this is related to scheduling and admin issues rather than her as a doctor.

Wait to see the doctor was over an hour. We rescheduled an appointment from the prior week because after almost 2 hours past appointment time, we had not been called. Dr. Dellock is great. She listens.

All my experiences at HCA with Dr. Dellock have been great. The office staff were very helpful and timely with scheduling appointments. Dr. Dellock was very knowledgeable and helpful with explaining procedures and next steps. I’m very happy with my experience so far.

most awful experience trying to make or reschedule an appointment. Eve with no one ahead in cue, the wait time was up to one hour without chance to leave a message. I say again, without option to leave a message. Website is no better, no way to set an appointment. This is regular over at least last two months, not a short-term bug. I had to drop in at office just to reschedule appointment.

Dr. Dellock was a pleasure to interact with on my very first visit. I could tell she was listening to me and wanted to make sure I understood medical terms with a down-to-me explanation! I am happy to have her as my cardiologist!

I would give Dr Dellock five stars. I really liked her. After an appointment she stated see you in six months. When checking out, the nurse said we do not give advance appointments. We will call you in five months to schedule. I never received a call. After about eight months, I called, and was advised she no longer practiced, and left town. I am sorry, I did not get the nurse I talked to. My primary care physician wanted me to follow up with a cardiologist, so I was assigned to Southern Medical Group. Now I find that Dr Dellock is still listed as a practicing physician locally. What is going on? I really liked her, why was I told she left town? I will get to the bottom of this. Very unprofessional staff if in fact she was still a Physician when I called.
