Carey Dellock's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Dellock was a pleasure to interact with on my very first visit. I could tell she was listening to me and wanted to make sure I understood medical terms with a down-to-me explanation! I am happy to have her as my cardiologist!

I would give Dr Dellock five stars. I really liked her. After an appointment she stated see you in six months. When checking out, the nurse said we do not give advance appointments. We will call you in five months to schedule. I never received a call. After about eight months, I called, and was advised she no longer practiced, and left town. I am sorry, I did not get the nurse I talked to. My primary care physician wanted me to follow up with a cardiologist, so I was assigned to Southern Medical Group. Now I find that Dr Dellock is still listed as a practicing physician locally. What is going on? I really liked her, why was I told she left town? I will get to the bottom of this. Very unprofessional staff if in fact she was still a Physician when I called.

HORRIBLE SERVICE I have been waiting for Dr. Dellock to read my test results for 10 days. I need these results for surgical clearance and she was well aware of this when she ordered these tests. She went as far to schedule the test with the hospital and assured me she would review the tests as soon as they were complete. I have called the office daily for the last week and continue to be told that she still has not read my results and was then told that she would not be in the office again until sometime in April Are you kidding me? This is the poorest customer service and I strongly encourage you to seek medical care elsewhere

My first visit with Dr. Dellock was a follow up after a stress test and echogram. That was three years ago. Not knowing what the results would be I recall how Dr. Dellock set me at ease and professionally discussed my concerns. When my family doctor recently told me that I should contact a cardiologist for another stress test I requested he send the referral to Dr. Dellock. I have complete confidence in Dr. Dellock’s diagnosis.

Recently visited Dr D, she and Jeremy saved my life, 80% blockage of the widow-maker, I’m 57 years old, think my primary care thinks I’m nuts when I say something is bothering me, Jeremy & Dr D listen and follow through.....

I had my cardiac visit with Dr Dellock. The care I personally receive is exemplary. She has cared for me for many years and I have referred all my loved ones to her because she is an excellent cardiologist.

Visit was great, everyone was very efficient and kind. Had 4 canceled visits befor I finally got in. Maybe due to viruses.

Very good. As a female nurse with decades of experience it is nice to have a female cardiologist who is attuned to the differences between women’s health from men’s. Highly recommend

The visit went very well. Very professional but friendly too. Felt safe from coronavirus the whole time in waiting room and in back. Dr. Dellock and staff are great and I am very thankful to be with them.

Dr. Carey Dellock is outstanding--caring, well informed, and no "white coat syndrome". She is A++
