Impossible to get appointment, does not respond to telephone calls regarding adverse reaction to medications, lackadaisical attitude toward scheduling tests, conveying results of tests.

I saw Dr. Williams for a few years as a sleep specialist and she was honestly great. At my last appointment a couple of months ago she said she was no longer going to see sleep patients, which I understood. However, it takes time to get a new specialist. Her office made a mistake on my prescription and now I am losing access to a medication I need to function. Since I have not seen the new doc yet (out of town because Dr. Williams was the only doc who could prescribe my medication in Tallahassee), I called their office to see if they could send a new prescription, fixing their own mistake. They refused and now I am scrambling trying to get in with the new specialist sooner, but I will absolutely have to go off my medication for a while because they 1) messed up my prescription and 2) refuse to take the 10 minutes to fix it despite the fact I saw Dr. Williams for years and the last time was only a couple of months ago.

Would recommend to family and friends. Caring bedside manner, gets to the point, listens to your wishes and works with patient and their family to heal. Thank you Dr. Williams!

Dr. Williams is very competent, thorough, and genuinely concerned about the welfare of her patients. She is committed to providing the best medical services. She is also a very good communicator, taking time to answer questions and provide information.

I waited more than an hour over my appointment time to speak with Dr. Williams. When I spoke with her, I felt interrogated, very disrespected, confused, and that my appointment was a waste of both our time and my money. Referred to her by my PCP, she asked me repeatedly why I was there to see her, as I repeatedly told her my doctor referred me (so I expected she’d have more specialized advice than my PCP). She was obviously irritated, and I was confused why she seemed to be attacking me for being in her office, asking for her medical advice, when I was referred by my PCP. It was by far the most degrading, disappointing, and confusing medical appointment I’ve experienced.
