Lovely place

As always great !!

They charged me nearly $200 for a cleaning with insurance then 6 months later stuck me with a bill for another $200 because they over charged for things and my insurance wouldn't cover. It's impossible to get anyone on the phone at the front desk. While trying to resolve the issue I emailed, called, and texted dozens of times over several days. I finally just called their appointment call center and the employee there had the front desk call me back about 2 hours later. Once I did get ahold of someone they told me to to kick rocks and threatened to send the bill to collections. They missed spots on my lower teeth during the cleaning and the only interaction you have with an actual dentist is a 30 second virtual meeting (seriously) where they ask if everything feels okay then hang up. The office is also dark and dingy. Don't go here.

This is the worst dental office I ever had the experience dealing with! Firstly the dentist is on zoom! Covid is over, why would you not be there in person! Had x-rays done there and was given a ridiculous quote to take care of teeth. I found another dentist who wanted the x-rays so I wouldn't have to pay again. Called the office several times plus dentist office requested . After getting no response, drove there to personally get them to email. Receptionist was not very friendly to start off with. Taking forever to get computer working then telling me I have to pay to get it sent to my email. Since she said she is having a problem sending to my current dentist told her to send to my daughter's who is the patient. I also paid for hardcopy of x-rays only to realize she gave me 2 copies of same thing and not the pano. She emailed 4 copies of same pic leaving out the fmx and panoramic. Had to cancel 2 dental appointment because they did not send and now at dentist office and they email only 1 pic! Ohh calls goes to call center as it seems the office is sooo busy can't answer calls directly! Now I am paying for another set of x-rays! I am so mad about this! Please stay away from Coast Dental! Wish I could leave no stars!

All was just fine.

Had a service done in January 2020 at this office. Sometimes after, I moved away, started a new job, got engaged, got married, and now pregnant. 2 weeks ago, I get multiple texts from this office stating that I owe money. No other communication from this office prior to 2 weeks ago. It is now almost 2024, I have called this office multiple times and left multiple voicemails asking for a call back to explain why I am getting a charge for a service that happened almost 4 years ago. No one has returned my calls, and I cannot for the life of me figure out why I owe money to this office. The lack of communication is frustrating. Don't go here unless you want mystery bills 4 years later with no explanation and no returned phone calls.

Ms. Temekia is an AWESOME Hygienist! Ms. Temekia is very professional and knowledgeable of her job!!! Keep up the Great work Ms. Temekia. I'm looking forward to my next visit!!!

Impossible to get in contact with the office. The office itself is not clean. There’s flys in the exam room and stains on the walls and Floors. Every one of their staff was unprofessional in one way or another and had terrible bedside manners.
