This by far was the best appointment at a dentist office. I have I highly recommend anyone looking for last place you need to look they have great customer service and listen to your issues. Explain in detail.

Three cancelations in three weeks needing dentures fixed and keep getting my appointments canceled plus the teeth are cutting my gums and can not wear, fully paid for and they do not fit.

I have called this office every single day for 3 weeks and left 3 voicemails. No one will answer the phone or return my calls. I would never reccomend this trash place to anyone. Scamming people into services you don't need. Doing things not covered by insurance without telling you and sticking you with a massive bill. Do not give this place one penny of your money.

I didn't expect a video conference with a dentist who talked to me and I did not understand a word she was talking about my case, I only agreed with her to get the conversation over with. The hygienist, completed some task on my mouth, which was optional, but I wasn't given the option to accept or reject these procedures and the cost before they were done!!! The task that my insurance was paying for was automatically completed, without my knowledge as I probably would not of having them done if given the choice. The consultation came afterwards, when I would of preferred to have the consultation before any procedure was completed! I was not comfortable, making future appointments, due to the dentist had made financial decisions without my consent. On checkout, the receptionist preferred to scan a blank check, which made me suspicious, and feeling rushed out. I noticed that the hygienist was getting short with me as I asked questions about the finances of my dental work!!!!! Mr. Blake
