Cortney Whittington's Online Review Report Card

im not able to get to appointments because of transportation the only thing i need is my blood pressure medicine refilled, they have ignored every request they could care less what happens to you as long as they can bill you to make money oh and the front desk workers are very rude make you uncomfortable. new doctor

Just showing the world that ANYONE can write a review....I have never seen this doctor in my life, but am considering her. It worries me how easy it is to give an unfounded review.

Terrible wait times. Wait well over appointment time. If you work, take the day off to go here.

My entire family and I are patients here. Not only does Dr. Whittington listen to any problems we have, she makes sure we understand any diagnosis and is always willing to take the time to make us feel cared for. So many people here have left negative reviews and if I had to guess it was probably because of their own issues and behaviors. This is one of the most caring doctors I’ve ever had an experience with and these negative reviews are absolutely untrue and hateful.

She’s an amazing doctor.! Was seen very quickly and listened to all of my concerns. Highly recommend!

I have been with Physician Partners since before it was Physician Partners when Dr. Oliver was practicing there. The transition was a bumpy transition but when Dr Cortney came on board it was a breath of fresh air. My entire family goes there. I can call and get an appointment or a call back when needed. In the last two years I've had a lot of medical issues come up and Dr Cortney fights for her patients and getting them what they need. I have to see several specialist but I only got them because her and her office staff helped fight for me to get them. If it wasn't for them some of the conditions I have would have gone undiagnosed. I love the undivided attention on one actual Physician as a PCP instead of multiple Dr's like the residency program persay because you they know your history they know how to treat you and you don't sound like a broken record.

Dr. Whittington is great she is personable with the patient’s she takes the time to listen and treats them with respect know matter their age. My son is her patient and when he has his visits she gives him her full attention and makes the visit very pleasant. I will continue to have my son as her patient for as long as she is in practice. Thank you Dr. Whittington for taking excellent care of my son.

The receptionist here is extremely rude, and is not capable of communicating with patients using proper etiquette. I’ve been spoken to in a combative and argumentative tone on several occasions only because I was late. Patient concerns are not handled properly here, there is definitely a lack of professionalism at this practice!

Dr. Whittington and staff have been exceptional. I never had a bad experience since I have been going to this office. Dr. Whittington truly listens to your concerns and the staff is very personable. It feels like a family not just a doctor's office.

Frustrating to get a person on the phone in this office!!!
