List of Cynthia Kimble's Reviews
She charges for EVERYTHING. Her office failed to refill a standard prescription then when the pharmacy contacted them to get it refilled, she called me and CHARGED me for the conversation to review the medication. Why should a patient have to pay for her oversight? And there are always random & hidden charges like this. Extremely disappointed and cannot continue to support a practice who does this to patients.
Arrived for appointment 10 minutes early. Had to wait outside for 20 minutes because door was locked. Rooms do not seem sanitary and clean. Paper on the exam bed had writing on it. You can hear people talking through the door in patient rooms, so privacy is not possible. Dr. Kimble is kind and caring, once you finally get to see her.
No staff, every visit you have to wait for 4-5 hrs, and you have a appointment. She pretends to be caring. She wants you to pay a larger fee than your $1 co payment. She charges Medicaid, Medicare, more money for co pays. She charges you for forms that you never receive. She charges you for counseling and she don't even counsel you. She is always rushing you, because she has to be at church or her other job. She has a turn over every month or 2 months, because she don't want to pay them. She is a fraud, and does not care about her patients warfare, just their money. Her office is always closed, whenever she wants to close it, she's always late. You have to wait on her at least 2 hours, and she comes in trying to finish at 5 with 10 patients in the tiny office, and everybody is upset and fussing. We are all there because of sickness, and should not be treated as roaches. Horrible for the last 5 years
Wait time is horrible.
Dr. Kimble has been my personal physician for approximately 10 years.
I have been here twice and have waited over 2 hrs to be seen and then you have about 10 actual minutes with the doctor. Not happy.
Dr. Kimble has been my doctor for many years. Although, I don't need to be seen regularly, she always gets me seen. She is warm and caring.
I look forward to getting there early , she does not have a large staff and is thus a hands on physician. She listens to what I have say about things that have impacted my life since my last visit. She orders test she feels will assist her in making a correct diagnosis. I love it that she Consults with THE PHYSICIAN.
Tried for 3 weeks to get an appointment. No one ever answers the phone so had to leave a message (several times). No one ever returned any of my calls. The office/waiting area and rooms are in need of cleaning need of serious cleaning. Staff act as if you're a bother.
I love her personality. But her promptness is horrible! She never answers calls or texts. I was waiting for her for two hours one day and she still never showed up or called/texted me back. And it's not the first time that has happened. The inside looks horrible in desperate need of an upgrade and she has no one helping her there's no nurses so it's just her. If this wasn't the only doctor that would've taken me when I need it i would go elsewhere.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
