Dr. Tie is one of a kind, she listens & hears what you're telling her. I've used her since 2000. Dr. Pasco is also very good as well as Liz the nurse. The entire staff is a pleasure.

She misdiagnosed my skin problem and prescribed medication that were not available in the pharmacies. Basically, at her clinics, she gave me a shot and told me to just apply the mediation and the issue would go away in days. I was treated by another doctor who did biopsy and told me I had a tumor.

Dr Tie is very knowledgeable, personable, and sincerely cares about her patients. Since the COVID-19 guidelines have been put in place , she has used video conferencing to care for her patients. She is very good at what she does.

I called for an appointment on Nov.21,2019 to get a second opinion for my 12 year old son. I was initially told that the next available appointment would be Feb. 2020 but after pleading my case the girl put me on hold for no more than a minute and then got back on the phone to ask me if we could be there the next morning at 10:30. We drove to Tallahassee from Dothan AL. To be there to discover that Dr. Tie was actually off that day but was coming in just to see my son. I can't tell you how pleased I was with everyone we dealt with and with the meds Dr. Tie prescribed for my baby who is now in the 8th week of his skin condition and has cleared up remarkably since the meds prescribed for him by Dr.Tie. We had already seen my sons pediatrician and a local dermatologist who didn't know what they were doing. Thank you! Thank you! To Dr.Tie and all the staff who bent over backwards on our behalf.

I waited for over 3 hours in the waiting room and another unknown amount once I was moved too the exam room. The nurse told me their computer systems were down that day, but No one mentioned that at the time of check in or at any of the times I asked for an update on the wait time.

My husband, Marcus Werner Whatley was treated by Dr. Tie for two skin cancers. Each had great outcomes and the one on the bridge of his nose even improved the appearance greatly. Her manner and advisement to use a strong sunguard at all times was followed to the letter. Thank you for taking excellent care of my dear husband and veteran..
