Daniel Allen's Online Review Report Card

Well I get to be the 1st.....Dr Allen is a great psychiatrist. Even when I feel I've taken a couple steps back. Or feeling worse again. He's said "look how far you've come since we started. Just look in the mirror." Whats funny he's exactly 1 month older than me. Maybe it's why some things we see eye to eye on. Although I try to leave it about myself. But always want to be respectful an ask how week or weekend, or a holiday was. Unfortunately I've tried on an off for 10 years trying to find a psychologist. He isn't one. But it's nice he listens for a moment. Remembers without going through a bunch of stuff on computers. Also since my visits are only 30 minutes at the very most. I don't drive. It's nice doing Telaheath. Should also mention he always seems so happy. With a nice smile before we start. Which is refreshing. So many Dr's I've been to it how you doing. Ok we'll stay the same or switch this up bye. Like a revolving door. Seeming like they are burnt out or don't really care,something. Dr Allen is definitely not one of those types of doctors. He cares. Wants the best. We may disagree on one thing. But in the long run he's right about one perscipption. Been on it way to long. Immuned bascilly. An it's a very strong anxiety pill. I've seen people take. 5mg an asleep in 15 minutes! I'm on a 1mg 4x day. Just helps relax my anxiety. Well was. Also he's seen everything thing I've been on, tried. So it's hard. Name it? Probably taken it. Have bad time with sleep. Was lucky to get 4 to 5 hours. He knew of something brand new. (which I'm not a fan of with antidepressant). But this was for sleep. Put me on a 10mg. Starting out. Which usually sleeping meds could give me the highest dose starting out. Thank goodness there was a 5mg. Also very thankful for instance I have. Probably the most expensive one I'm on. Have to let my pharmacy. Which bascilly any pharmacy know ahead of time 3 or 2 days before need a refill to have them order it. That one perscipption is nice getting 6 to sometimes 8 hours of sleep. Anyone saying 4 hours. Is taking a nap or on something! Unless it's maniac state. I've seen a few others at this practice. Which where I live is best practice. Not sure how they get such wonder people. Only one I had an issue with whole time was a nurse for on of my Dr's here. They wouldn't ever return a phone call. Expect maybe 2 times over the whole time they worked here. Glad their gone! Dr Allen's nurse is wonderful. Knows sorta what he likes. Calls you back ussualy same day. Also which unfortunately I have to do some is get an appointment early. Which usually pretty lucky at. But rather try to speak with his nurse 1st. I am guessing he has a ton of patients. Think I've said an explained enough. If want a good psychiatrist the bull listen and help you and remind you of how far you've come along. This is the doctor you're looking for!
