Dr Burday & his staff at Advanced Urology Institute were kind, compassionate, efficient and professional. They worked hard to treat me well and they helped me get better. We resolved two kidney stone problems under their care over two weeks. I did some bone-headed things to try to help myself, and they did not berate me; they only encouraged me and served selflessly. I would like to add something to this message about other reviews I have read in this thread. Illness causes selfish behavior, myself included while I was going through my pain. It is only natural that patients often complain as we try to survive. But Dr Burday & staff were not selfish; they were selfless! That is a huge difference. God bless them for being there for me and for their excellent service to our community.

Avoid David E. Burday. Failed to listen to patient concerns and was oblivious as to condition and patient concerns in the follow up appointment. Astonishingly rude, very impatient, poor bedside manner, and overall incompetent as a physician. On top of this, expect condescension and haughtiness. Honestly one of the worst people I've ever seen in a physicians office. Save yourself the wasted time, find someone else. Update: I had the smallest shred of hope that someone might reach out to me after I received the response below. I am here to assure the masses that absolutely no one has tried to reach out to me as stated. I again urge you not to waste your time with this man or his office. (including reply here: "We appreciate your review and bringing this matter to our attention. Meeting expectations of our patients is always our top priority. Your feedback will help us deliver that result. You can expect to hear from us soon so we can better understand your concerns.")

Dr Burday will talk to you to find out your symptoms. He goes over test results with you, explaining the results as he goes. He is kind, and willing to listen and spend the time you need with him. I felt like he heard what I was saying and understood and addressed my concerns.

Dr. Burday my doctor for 20 years. I have found him to be thorough and thoughtful in his approach, and reluctant to take invasive action unless convinced that is only viable treatment option. Both smart and to the point, he is exactly what i want in a doctor.
