David Pascoe's Online Review Report Card

Love Dr. Pascoe! I used to see Dr. Tie who I liked, also, but waited so long between visits that Dr. Pascoe had more availability so started seeing him. This latest visit I thought I'd be waiting forever bc they were SO busy. But I was wrong. They check you in at your car then a nurse comes back out for you. I was impressed at their efficiency. You can tell Dr pascoe is busy but at the same time he is so personable; he is honest and listens and explains. I was there for a checkup but he also asked if I wanted an extra procedure that wd be included in my copay. He did that, also, and my total time there was under an hour.

I'm giving a BIB SHOUT OUT to Dr Pascoe, I have been suffering with rheumatoid arthritis flare ups for the last 2 months, so bad I wasn't even sleeping, I've suffered so many tragedies in the last 2 weeks also, I came to you yesterday and the medication you prescribed me even though it's only been 1 day, you saved me, I am 100% better today and I slept through the night and I'm not itching, in pain or swelling today, I feel you gave me my life back and I can't thank you enough, you are awesome, THANK YOU

Dr Pasco is always thorough and professional. He has never failed to resolve my skin issues in a personable & expertise manner. But today his front desk receptionist Ashley extremely failed to provide professional or compassionate assistance to an elderly patient who had difficulty understanding policy due to a communication barrier (Spanish woman). As one of the witnesses in the waiting room of the scene, I was extremely disappointed. It was very frustrating to watch.. this issue was brought to Dr Pasco’s attention and I pray the Spanish speaking patient was accommodated and not ignored.

Dr pasco and dr tie are excellent. Liz their nurse practitioner is also. Their office staff however, are perhaps the most incompetent office staff ive ever had to deal with. The letter I recieved to provide to my employer as an excuse for my absences, literally said I missed work because i did not like how my skin looked. This was written by Cassandra. Im on oral antibiotics and due to negative side effects from them, i missed some work. Thats literally all the letter had to say. Now, she is saying no letter will be provided because i never mentioned those symptoms before, when i have written documents to orive otherwise.I love the physicians here. I just wish the office staff was as caring, knowledgeable and efficient as them.

Refusing to refill my prescription unless I schedule a follow up apportionment with them. Each appointment I pay 100-200 out of pocket because insurance doesn’t cover dermatology and then for the actual prescriptions I use on top of that. I’ve had maybe 3-5 appointments over the past 12 months and have paid out of pocket every single time. During my last visit they scheduled a follow up in 3 months that I did not go to because I was happy with the results I was seeing in my skin. They rather bleed me dry for profits then just refill the prescription they have already been giving me early on in my visits them. Disappointing service. I questioned why it took so many visits to them in order to find a regimen that worked for me to begin with. They purposely looks for reasons to bring you back to continually bill you instead of help you.

Much difficulty finding this location. No street sign off capital circle...NOT on Welby Way...iits on Care Ave. Building does not look similar to one on webpage. Get city to replace street sign immediately. Relatively happy with results.

We transferred to Dr. Pascoe from out of state. I was worried about my little ones medications not being transferable as I was having issues getting insurance. Dr. Pascoe and Gaby went above and beyond to make sure we got the medication without any issues. He even offered for me to contact him over the weekend if I were to run into any problems. Gaby was on the phone with different pharmacies, as well as insurance, to make things easier on me.

The office corrected the mistake.

Did not bother to tell me that they were changing management/Name of practice and were out of network for my Insurance. I spent months contacting them weekly and even text with Dr Pascoe himself. On June 7th Dr Pascoe told me that they were having problems with their billing company and said " there is no need to pay the bill and thanks for the heads up" But they still sent a bill. So no don't go there.
