He has a great personality….and his office is very accommodating concerning making or changing an appointment. I very much recommend Dr. Bernhardt for your dermatology needs.

The doctor seems good and experienced, but he is not worth what you pay for. The doctor checked me in haste and handed me a higher bill than what I could afford. Then, when I raised a complaint, they just ignored me and charged a hefty amount anyway. Worst experience I ever had!

Since 2014 I am a melanoma survivor and I cannot imagine a better physician! He saved my life!! Helped me get into a specialist at Baptist Hospital fast, like in 2 days fast, to have some Lymph Nodes removed from both sides of my neck. He was wonderful in helping me!!!

10:40 am Dr. Michael Bernhardt apt. Waited an hour to be told that the doctor was running late and couldn’t tell me how much longer. Medical license not a good excuse for horrible customer service and arrogance +++

I have been through 4 dermatologists before going to Dr. Bernhardt to get the correct diagnosis. He is very thorough, up on the latest studies, meds and procedures. He has an excellent bedside manner and is never rushed. Thank you Dr. Bernhardt!
