Having been a long time patient of Dr. Kennedy and have been very pleased with her and her staff. But for my last appointment we were under a tornado watch that morning and i live off a dirt toad with large holes and I live about 30 miles away. The weather was really bad, I am 73 years old and tried the best I could to get there. Traffic in Tallahassee was even slowed down because of the weather. When I got out of my car my watch showed I was 10 minutes late. I was told I would have to reschedule. I explained what I said before lady went back and told someone and they came out and said the same thing. Reschedule. Don’t think I will be back.

Saw another dermatologist just down the street and did not have a good experience so decided to go with Dr. Kennedys office for my annual skin care check this year. It was a 2 month wait before I could get an appointment with their PA, Mckynzie White. I was little hesitant because I obviously wanted an appointment with Dr. Kennedy but did not want to wait any longer. I filled out my new patient paperwork ahead of time so check-in was a breeze. Masks are optional by staff and patients here. I waited about 5 minutes before being called to be seen and Mckynzie White is amazing. I have extreme anxiety but she makes you feel comfortable, actually listens and ensures all of your questions are answered. Go get your annual skin care check with Mckynzie White!

My appointment could not have been any better. My appointment was at 3:15 and I was in the exam room by 3:17. They were very thorough and took the time to see if I had any questions or concerns without being rushed. I will definitely be using their office in the future.

What a fantastic experience. The staff were the kindest I think I have ever met in a medical practice. Very quick and made me feel right at home. Makynzie White, PA is awesome. Glad that I was fortunate enough to find care at such a great practice.

Dr. Kennedy is my hands-down favorite doctor to visit. I've never waited more than 5-10 min to be seen. It's the most pleasant and relaxed atmosphere (not packed waiting rooms with impatient people and screaming babies!). Dr. Kennedy herself is amazing and has been the kindest, most helpful doctor I've ever seen. I will continue trusting my skin health to her!
