The nurses and staff were great, but Dr. Forsthoefel needs to find a new profession! I had a fall and hurt my back. He came in while I was sick to my stomach and started asking questions, and then said we will get some images, he then left. I was giving anti-nausea medicine and a pain pill. He then returned, well, stuck his head in the door and said no broken bones and left. Did not go over a plan of care, didn’t tell me what to take for the pain, whether to ice or apply heat…. Nothing. I asked the nurse if I could have something for the pain , which by the way, I do not like pain meds! , but I needed something. She went back and asked him and he said no, because they may make me dizzy. I hate to tell him, but the pain is making me dizzy, nauseated and I can hardly walk. I left very frustrated. I am going to my GP today and I know she willShow a little more compassion! I was so disappointed with Dr. Forsthoefel!

Misdiagnosed my 1 year child. Did not listen to our concerns. Did not swab to see if he had anything. Was having difficulty breathing still nothing. Had to come back the next day to the ER because he had retracting severely. Turned out he was developing Pneumonia. Needed breathing treatments and a steroid. The scary thing is if I just went by what he said I do not know what would have happened after another night.

Emergency visit. Dismissed me completely. Made assumptions and did not help me resolve my severe ongoing pain. He is very unprofessional and has the worst bedside manner that I have ever experienced (no exaggeration). I actually didn’t believe he was a doctor at first. He does not carry himself in a professional manner. Hopefully he learns compassion and empathy as having such in the medical field is very important.

Unfortunately I had an horrific experience with this doctor. He diagnosed me with a serious illness before getting test results back. His diagnosis was wrong and I unnecessarily went through 24 hours of panic. Completely unprofessional!
