Erin Boyd's Online Review Report Card

Dr. Boyd was very professional and treated me in the emergency room very quickly. She had good bedside manner was very thorough and through good communication was able to diagnose me with shingles by only seeing one tiny spot. I had severe abdominal pain and before running a lot of tests she examined me closely and was accurate in Her diagnosis.

The worst of the worst. MOST of the ER doctors at TMH ER are really horrible, but she is one of the very worst. There are a few good ones, but not her. Just watch her Tik Tok video and see how she REALLY feels about anyone coming into the ER. No wonder TMH has an F rating on Leapfrog and Patient Safety. If you see her in the ER, run, don't walk. Get out as quickly as possible. Shame on any hospital for hiring her. She is ALL that is bad about (wannabe) doctors.

Erin gave the lowest level of care possible. She didn't care about my health and well being at all. She seemed like a narcissistic person who was actually quite ignorant and just full of herself. If I end up at the ER again and she is there, I would get out as quickly as possible. My uneducated great-great grandma could help me more than Erin Boyd, DO.

Dr Boyd is everything that is wrong with healthcare. If physicians dont start caring about the systems in which they work, they deserve every ounce of scrutiny and disdain they bring upon themselves. You, Dr Boyd should be ashamed of yourself. You are actively hurting people.

Erin released several videos poking fun at people who don't have PCP's and using the ER when they're caught in a rut with their insurance. What she posted lacked empathy for a patient and disregard for any life without acknowledgement that the American Health care system might be the problem, and not the patient. I find her video she posted to be really mean, in poor taste, and I don't think she has her patient's best interest in mind.

So unprofessional and full of herself. She posted a public video on the internet that went viral due to how ignorant her views on healthcare are. Her priorities are money and pride. She’s disingenuous and blatantly does not care for anybody’s well being.

Hates the poor

I had such a bad exprience with Dr. Boyd. She spent about 1 min with me and said she can't do anything. I was heartbroken due to her lack of compassion. A previous PA said they will do the best to take care of me and she came in and said they can do anything which is understandble but It's the way she said it. It seems like I wasn't supposed to be there because I was scared for my heath. I had to ask for a follow up doctor and she gave me a doctor that doesn't take my insurance. I am writing this review hopefully she could see this and learned the importance of compassion no matter how sick or non-er patient case that she is nicer and so others won't have to go through that. Good bless Dr. Boyd.

Dr. Boyd is a very compassionate doctor. Been in her care twice at TMH. She always manages to help me feel better and very encouraging. I highly recommend her to people. Keep doing a great job Dr. Boyd and please know that you are appreciated. Shput out to Heather which is the nurse, great bedside manners
